I went for my routine eye test. I was greeted nicely by a member of staff. They were very welcoming. The let you feel relaxed and appreciated. My eye test was done by Sivu. She was very thorough with the test. She took her time and was very patient with me. Then I was placed in the capable hands of Wemi. She is such a Jem. Her patience and tolerance level was out of this world. She was very helpful and helped to to choose my frames. I would recommend her to everyone. Not saying that the other staffs are not as helpful as she is. But I have the experience with her and I am glad I did.
Now that I have collected my new glasses I am so overwhelmed with gladness. I really love them and it was with the help of Wemi that I am today a very very happy customer. A very big shout out to all the staff at Specksavers Penge.
I visited Specsavers Penge today for an eye test that was long overdue, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with friendly smiles and a high level of professionalism.
My optician, Kulsoom, was excellent—thorough, knowledgeable, and she made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. I’d also like to mention Sachin, who was very helpful when explaining my prescription and guiding me through options of glasses.
Overall, I’m really pleased with the service I received and am now looking forward to receiving my new glasses. Highly recommend this store!
On my initial visit for my eye test, which was due, I was treated with the utmost care and respect. All the members of staff that I had contact with were extremely polite and professional. The young lady who tested my eyes was very thorough and asked many questions to establish what my needs were. She was very professional and explained things to me as she went along. This was very helpful to me as I have a black floater in one eye and had concerns about it. She was able to put my mind at rest when she assured me that my eye health was actually good. On my visit today to collect my new glasses and was greeted by a very pleasant gentleman who I later found out was the manager of the branch. He was polite and asked me to take a seat whilst he found a member of staff to help me. My experience today was as good as the last one with all the staff I encountered being both pleasant and polite. I conveyed this to the manager before I left the branch as I was very impressed with the staff and the service I received.
A very good experience.
Sachin was very helpful to me in choosing my glasses. He also recommended the eye lens cleaner and eye drop.
Overall experience- very good and thoughtful.
Excellent customer service from the staff throughout my visit. They were extremely helpful in assisting me with selecting the right glasses and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended – 5 stars!
I've been coming here for a few years now, together with other adult members of my family, and the service is always excellent. The staff are very attentive and helpful. I'd like to especially mention the optometrist, Jerry. She has performed my eye test, and also for other family members, too. She is so thorough and such a lovely person. Thank you, Speecsavers Penge!
I've recently moved to this store and I was helped by the amazing staff memeber. My optom Farwah explained everything clearly to me and Tyra helped me pick glasses that I love. All the staff was great but Tyra really helped me enjoy my experience from start to finish.
