I got to see a Student optimitrist, Owen. Best experience I've had at the location. In depth detailed and well mannered. Gave much detailed information about eye health ive never had before! He gonna be great, an asset to Specsaver

The doctor that attended to me was really great. I appreciated that he told me he was a student at first and gave me the choice to continue my checks or not. However, his conduct and how he answered all my questions was excellent. I hope specsavers retain him after school because I will recommend all my family members if they will get that level of care whenever they visit.

My mum has Parkinsons and she has been going here for some time for her contact lenses, this year she was told she had cataracts and so couldn't wear them and was put on glasses. The glasses didn't suit and didnt feel right so she went back they looked at her eyes again and she reverted back to her old glasses. A few months on and we found out that because of the Parkinsons she could have cataract surgery early as it was impacting her life,so she went back had another eye test and was referred to the clinic. So 3 times in 6 months she had her eyes looked at and yesterday at the clinic the Dr told her she had GLAUCOMA why was this not picked up, is the equipment faulty are the staff not trained properly 3 eye tests 2 different people and it was missed something is not right at this so called opticians and i would highly recommend people use elsewhere for your eye health as your vision is at risk!!!

I appreciate the quick appointment scheduling and the clear arrangement during the store visit (short queue). The staff members are very helpful, elaborate, and kind. I was impressed by the cutting-edge technologies used there for eye checks. Definitely come back again when it's time to check eye conditions.

Everything just gets done. There's never any bureaucratic nonsense or silly delay, and the staff are personable with a knowledge-level to comfortably help. It feels looked after and the people feel as if they're not under silly pressure for no reason, as many companies have started to do with their employees to combat the rise in costs.

Very busy. When you arrive you will be waiting a while to be seen. But staff are polite and had no issues so far. It does take a few weeks to get glasses in the style you want. I actually now go to Popspecs in meadowhall because its quicker and cheaper.

Waited 40 minutes today for my appointment before giving up and going back to work. I let staff know I was leaving and they did not offer a time frame or reason for the lateness. I asked if it would be the same wait time if I rebooked for the next day and was told yes. I know lunch times on weekdays are busy and I expect a wait but over 40 minutes is crazy

When I arrived, all the staff were lovely and approachable. I felt supported throughout my entire visit and was offered help throughout the trip. The ladies on the front were extremely helpful in finding me glasses that work for me. Thank you guys
