We were seen quickly and efficiently. The staff were incredibly patient with my little girl, as it was her first eye test and she was a little nervous. She was also quite fidgety in her chair, but the staff member took her time, remained understanding, and made her feel comfortable throughout.
My daughter wanted to try on lots of different pairs of glasses, and the lady helping us was wonderful. She simply smiled, engaged directly with my daughter, and made the whole experience enjoyable for her. As a parent, that really put my mind at ease, as I was worried they might become frustrated with her enthusiasm. Instead, they were kind, patient, and welcoming from start to finish.
Brandon provides an inpeccable service. He put extra time and effort to make sure that the customer needs has been satisfied. He is very professional and very passionate in what he does as well as very polite which I love most. He is very knowledgeable in his field, he knows his stuff very well. Had ear wax removal and the lovely staff member who I wished I had the name of, did an incredible job. She was very polite and she made my tinnitus go. The ear wax removal only took 5 minutes, the cost is a little high but it’s worth every penny when you’re dealing with hearing issues. I had tinnitus due to high ear wax buildup. I got seen straight away, highly recommended branch to go if you need to help with your ears or eyes.
Middleton Specsavers is the best for all your eye needs.
I was so happy when they put my lenses in my META frame not once but twice.The service is quick from start to when you get your glasses. The staff are super Amazing treated me with kindness and smiling 😃

I was treated with kindness and professionalism from start to finish .Everything was explained clearly throughout my visit and I was helped when choosing my new frames that I collected a week later. I would highly recommend as they work to a very high standards. 5*
The staff were all friendly and helpful. I did not feel pressured to buy new glasses although I did want a new pair and appreciated the help in choosing glasses given to me by an assistant.
I've been with Specsavers for many years now for my sight tests and contact lenses. They have been very responsible and efficient in my contact lenses and sight tests and have withheld my lenses in the past if I was tardy in arranging my follow up.
I've been able so see someone in the store in an emergency if I've had problems and they have referred me on if necessary, now there is an arrangement with my GP for eye problems as they are the experts .
I've never felt pressured to have any enhanced tests but the options explained and decision to have them or decline accepted at once.
