Specsavers Dudley is excellent, and the customer service is outstanding, especially Dan's. I have visited several times and have also brought family members for eye examinations. Dan has always been polite, cheerful, and professional. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customers leave happy and satisfied with their experience. His dedication to excellent customer care deserves recognition, and I would highly recommend him for an award

So I recently booked appointments for my family, had a great experience all round but the real stand out at this branch is Danny, he really did go above and beyond for all of us, didn’t matter how long it took or anything like that Danny was there to make sure everyone was 100 percent happy before they left the store. From help with frames, to fitting and adjustments everything was made a breeze thanks to this man. He really did do absolutely everything he could do for my daughter also, left no stone unturned and both me and my wife are very grateful for that! His level of professionalism is unmatched and honestly I wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else at this store other than him. Fantastic service all the way through our journey thanks to this man. Danny if you are reading this thank you so much!

The Audiologist who removed my earwax was a consummate professional. She was polite, timely and respectful. The appointment went by quickly with no issue and I was given good advice regarding ear cleaning for the future.

I have used Specsavers since 1977. Dudley branch since 2020. No problem ever in all that time. What more can hou ask for.. And they have a great selection of frames!

I was assisted by mandeep who was extremely helpful and very friendly and made my experience pleasurable and will be returning to the store again! Thank you mandeep for choosing the most fabulous glasses ever and being so warm and welcoming! Enjoyed out chats! 🤗

I love my new sunglasses. It was so good being able to sit by the pool and read my book without hurting my eyes. They look great too.

The optical technicians were very professional and explained everything very well. I got my prescription and I am very satisfied from that point. However the business side of Specsavers is not for me. I had my contact lenses appointment and had to return 6 days later. I was told that I pay £30 and this covers both appointments. I was also told that if I join the contact lenses scheme this amount will be deducted from my first payment. In the 6 days waiting for my follow up appointment I had 2 phone call, 3 tests and 4 Emails (ridiculous). Then I attended my follow appointment. Went well, gave positive feedback about the contact lenses as they are great. Then I went to discuss the contact lenses scheme. I was told how much it costs and that I would have to pay the first three months in advance to which I initially agreed. I explained that I was told I get my £30 back. Firstly she said I don't because I haven't paid the initial £30. I had to open my banking app to prove I had paid for it. I was then told that the £30 was for my initial eye test. I explained it wasn't as I have free eye tests due to Glaucoma in the family. I was then told that I don't qualify as I had used contact lenses in the past. I had already told them that I had worn contact lenses for several years previously when I was told about this offer. So to summarise I feel that there was a hard selling and deception to get me to enrol into the scheme. Very disappointing.

Excellent eye care carried out by professional friendly staff. Competitive prices for their range of specticles. I did not have a reason to use their Audiology service on my visit. I have used Specsavers for my specticles for many years without an issue. I have used other UK vision specialist for comparison.
