I have been doing hair laser treatment for quite some time with the staff at the sheperds bush clinic and i am very pleased with the results and the girls there. They are amazing at what they do and it is always a very pleasant time when i see them, a special thank you to Mona today that had all the patience in the world for me.

Carmen was my laser therapist and she was absolutely amazing because I had the longer sessions she made the whole time so enjoyable- she is incredibly funny and easy to talk to which makes the whole process a lot easier. 10/10 recommend - ask for her specifically if you an amazing experience!!!! :)
This was my first time there. Did my underarms, upperlip and eyebrow waxing. The only thing I regret is not asking the name of the wonderful lady who did my waxing. She was brilliant and kind.
The place is hygenic and follows the FR3 standard of cleanliness.

I had a consultation with Donna for laser hair removal. She made me feel uncomfortable the whole time and gave me advice on things I didn't ask for. I asked if I could do laser how long after can I get Co2 laser on my face and she smirked at me and went on about have you tried microneedling and when I said yes but I prefer Co2, she was looking at me like I'm stupid! I will not be back for the actual treatment! In general I felt very uncomfortable and felt she was there out of obligation!!!
Avoid the clinic at all costs. The manager and reception stuff are extremely dramatics, making a very uncomfortable situation. A treatment that cost £300 where approximately take over 6 weeks to start seeing effects had no results whatsoever. The manager and reception staff expressed themselves as the treatment effect is gone when done on 17 October, it sems that they included the 17 as also the 6 weeks process result. Further, they without checking habits or seeing me face to face asumed the treatment was successful and faded at this date, and commentaries such as “my self i dome 3 times to get the results “ is absolutely unprofessional as desires results may differ. Absolutely rude, they dont think before speaking and neither listen to the client. I could keep going on and on but is enough time lost, this matter could be just miscommunication but the manager and stuff has no ethics whatsoever. Do please avoid, this clinic treat and behaviour is ridiculous.
