I have been visiting Shumailas in East Ham for close to two decades now. The service has been consistently excellent. The environment calm, clean and professional. Even if the phone is unanswered if the reception staff are busy, they will always call back. They take good care of you when you are in their care. I've had experience of lots of the beauty therapists who work there but for the last couple of years I have always opted to see Navdeep. She is truly amazing. She has salvaged my eyebrows that would never grow or if they did they'd grow in a funny shape. With her patience and dedication she has transformed them and they're now so healthy and plentiful. She always treats me so kindly and never rushes me. Even if I want one more hair removed she will happily do it. I had my lash lift from her today, which I tend to get at least once a year. She made my dead straight short lashes look like K drama lashes 😂 thanks Navdeep and thanks Shumailas. Always better than any other beauty therapy place in the vicinity or even afar.
I had such a great experience with Harpreet! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She’s incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped calm any nerves I had.
Harpreet is also very gentle and attentive, always checking in to make sure I’m okay throughout the treatment. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants the best results for them. The whole experience felt safe, welcoming, and reassuring.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Harpreet to anyone considering laser treatments—she’s amazing at what she does!
I had a Morpheus8 treatment and overall it was an amazing experience. The procedure was explained clearly beforehand, so I knew what to expect. During the treatment, there was no discomfort at all. It was absolutely painless.
Afterwards, my skin was red and a bit swollen, which I was told is normal. This settled down next day. As my skin healed, I started to notice it felt firmer and smoother, and my overall skin texture looked better. The changes were gradual rather than instant, which felt realistic and reassuring.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the treatment and the results so far. I would consider continuing with further sessions as recommended.
The treatment was delivered by highly experienced doctor Ishrath Unnisa. She was fantastic at her job. The treatment was combined with complimentary freshly prepared plazma treatment + fresh squeezed juice drink giving extraordinary effective results. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends.

I recently had my 5th Microneedling session with polynucleotides and it was my first time being treated by Dr. Maryam. I was quite nervous about switching doctors but she immediately put me at ease.
Dr. Maryam was incredibly calm, patient and informative throughout the entire appointment. She explained each step of the treatment clearly and kept me informed throughout, which made me feel comfortable and reassured.

I had a recent hot wax appointment with Hapreet and honestly couldn’t recommend her more. She made the whole experience feel so comfortable.
