Very happy with the service I recieved at this great travel clinic/ pharmacy.
Taj and the rest of the staff have always looked after me with their helpful and friendly customer service.
The Service and advice have been consistently excellent. Taj took the time/ patience to explain all the options available to me for my holidays and what would be most effective/ cost effective.
I really appreciated the privacy, comfort and calm offered in the clean consultation room.
Outstanding customer service as I was able to get booked in immediately. This is the second time they have accommodated me for a last minute holiday.
Great prices compared to other services available locally.
1st class service from ringing to book for our vaccinations to having them. Tajinder was awesome, no pressure to have certain jabs he just explained everything brilliantly but then left the decisions to us regarding what we wanted to do. Friendly and punctual. We will be back next year for boosters for sure. Thanks again Brett and Andrea
I have nothing but compliments to give for the team at Totley Pharmacy. Always professional and helpful, including when I had to relocate temporarily of late and found that their high standards were not replicated elsewhere. A major part of the appeal of being registered with the surgery next door.
Amazing! The best pharmacy I have ever known. Fantastic, friendly staff in a well stocked and thriving business. The 24/7 robotic medication dispenser is a game changer meaning I can collect my prescription whenever suits. All in All .. absolutely first class!
My husband and I had excellent service at this pharmacy. They booked us in very quickly for a last minute vaccination. All staff were helpful and the pharmacist was very knowledgeable and explained the vaccination process very well. Many thanks
Good experience within the travel clinic. Informative staff who helped ensure I was educated on which vaccines were best and made me feel comfortable whilst receiving the vaccines.
Extremely good. Had a ear cleaning appointment. Explained the process thoroughly, answered any questions I had clearly and were extremely professional. Would recommend
