Been a patient since moving to Bushey in January. Everything ie regular medication easily managed online. First visit today for a vaccination - excellent nurse explaining everything clearly and with no rush, even noticed one of my vaccinations was due a booster, so had two for the price of one visit! Thanks, that’s why we appreciate the NHS so much.

I would like to thank you for the excellent care I received. The healthcare professional was extremely patient, kind and genuinely concerned about my wellbeing throughout the appointment. I would also like to mention how important it was to have a Brazilian interpreter this time, rather than a Portuguese one. It made a significant difference, as I was able to understand everything much more clearly and felt much more comfortable throughout the consultation. Thank you very much to everyone involved for your professionalism and excellent care.

Great surgery with very good doctors. Always listen to issues and supportive. Excellent mix of staff - GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Nurses are highly qualified and know what they're doing. Patches booking system is easy, although I can understand that online booking is not the easiest for some people. For those who struggle with these systems they usually have to book the traditional way on the phone which is frustrating. You're often on hold for a long time. But otherwise, my family and I are pleased with the surgery and level of care.

I am writing this as a patient of over 38 years, who was treated with respect and courtesy, when the surgery was run under Dr. Andrew Wilson who was caring and helpful, but now it cuts corners on the Nursing side making it totally inefficient. If the surgery wants you to perform your own B12 injections as I was asked by Nurse Nikki on my recent appointment and then asked to take my own blood pressure monitoring why are they employing Nurses. The surgery needs to listen to the patients more on these Surveys.

My experience with the diabetic nurse was awesome, she was very responsive and helpful with the procedure. She gave me a good explanation of the reason to exercise and eat a balanced meal instead of eating food that will later turn into sugar.

Unbelievable how quickly my blood results came through less than 24 hours. Simon (Practice Pharmacist) was really great when he phoned me to discuss the results and pmap out the next steps.This is a 5 star practice with a great team from reception all the way through. Only negative is holding on for someone to sander the phone but when they do they are alll so polite
