I cannot thank Dr. Baldeep Singh enough for the outstanding care he gave me at the Quays Practice.
I had been suffering from a persistent cough for around eight months. During that time, I saw different doctors and was prescribed several courses of antibiotics, but nothing helped. I also had a chest X-ray, which came back normal, yet the cough continued and it was becoming extremely frustrating.
When I finally had an appointment with Dr. Baldeep Singh, he listened carefully, took the time to assess my situation thoroughly, and looked beyond the obvious. He recognised that the medication I was taking could be causing my cough as a side effect. He changed my medication, and it made an incredible difference.
I am so grateful for his knowledge, attention to detail, and kindness. He didn’t simply treat my symptoms…he looked for the underlying cause. His professionalism, intelligence, and genuine care made me feel heard and reassured throughout the appointment.
Doctors like Dr. Baldeep Singh make a real difference to people’s lives. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me when I had almost lost hope. I truly appreciate everything you have done.
I spoke to Dr Othick today about my elderly aunt who the practice cares for. She was lovely and answered questions and was very helpful. Have to say the care from all the staff has been wonderful over the years but especially over the last year as her health has declined
Lesley made my whole experience a delight. She is so cheerful and friendly. I went to see her for a blood pressure review and to have my bloods taken. She was aware that I had previously had breast cancer/nodes removed and made sure both procedures were on the opposite arm. I didn't feel a thing when having bloods taken which shows her skill and care. She is a credit to your team!
I’ve been registered with Salford Medical Centre for a few years now, and I can honestly say I’ve been extremely happy with the service I’ve received.
The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. From the reception team to the healthcare professionals, everyone treats you with kindness, respect, and genuine care. They take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make you feel comfortable and supported.
Whenever I’ve needed help, advice, or an appointment, they’ve been there for me. The service is efficient, well-organised, and reassuring, especially during times when support is most needed.
My only small concern is parking, as it can sometimes be difficult to find a place to park nearby. Having dedicated parking would make visits even more convenient.
Overall, I truly appreciate the dedication and hard work of the whole team and would highly recommend the practice to anyone looking for excellent medical care.
I would like to give a revieve but I would prefer it to be private with my practise. Thank you. I'm sorry I didn' realise that this was going to my Practise. Dr James Stiles, who I saw on Friday, was very attentive & he sorted a blood test & an x-ray straight away, he was very helpful in explaing what was going on.
I've been with this practice for over 40 years so that should say something.
The lady who takes bloods is absolutely lovely.
She was empathetic, reassuring, and is an absolute credit to an already fantastic practice.
I have never came across someone who is so clearly in the right career, and I truly hope she gets all the credit for being as wonderful as she is.
I have recently moved practices to Salford Medical Centre and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. I had such a lovely welcome from the receptionist and Nurse Rachael was brilliant. The entire team seem to really care about each patient and it is by far the best experience in a medical setting I’ve ever had (and it would be incredibly hard to top it!)
The experience from booking an appointment to it taking place was so efficient and professional. Really brilliant team and feel very lucky to now have such a great GP practice.
I don't understand the great reviews for this place at all - I had nothing but issues: lost samples (never sent to the lab); exceptionally rude & unhelpful reception staff; tests not booked on the system so, nurse unable to take bloods, rendering the time I booked off from work, pointless. I made several written compliants to the practice management (who did respond) but, the poor quality of service continued. I left the practice and went up the road (literally, up the road!) to Langworthy Medical Practice where I have received great care from day 1. I wish I had moved sooner rather than give this place the benefit of the doubt.
