Great service from the ease of the online booking, the phone call with the (very diligent) referring physician, to the availability of appointments, super friendly staff, and report/images shared later in the same day. Even the location of the clinic is less than a 5 mins walk from Oval station. Honestly, the only downside is how many messages/e-mails they send you asking for a review (i think I've received 4 now). If they toned the review soliciting down a little bit, it would've a flawless experience. Still, highly recommended and thank you again!
Good evening, today I had a consultation with pharmacist Sundeep and I had a very pleasant experience. She listens to your problems and calmly solves them. I am very satisfied with her and I highly recommend her!
My mum had the best care at this clinic. From start to finish: the receptionists were attentive and friendly. Dr Sonia was very thorough putting together her medical records (my mother is visiting the UK only), explained everything, was very approachable and we could see she really cared. We could not have had a better experience, thank you!
I am a patient of Dr. Sonia and her attention and care to me is very much appreciated and excellent. Dr Sonia is a most competent and caring doctor and her excellent advice is gratefully received.
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Nele Dumpert. She was incredibly calm, attentive, and really listened to all my concerns. Her explanations were clear and thorough, and the entire visit felt very careful and professional. I’m absolutely happy and will definitely be returning. The reception team was also very helpful, and everyone in the clinic was lovely. Highly recommend!
I saw Dr Iwasa for a scalp biopsy today. She was excellent. Informative, professional, calm. I felt very confident about my consultation.
The reception staff were friendly and courteous.
It was very convenient location, the Physio session was excellent Dr Hegarty is very professional, he explained me the problem, and the treatment was fantastic and relief, now I know how to look after myself following Dr Hegarty advices.
I saw Dr. Carla Binenbojm (Dermatologist) for a growing bubble of blood on my chest that wouldn’t stop bleeding and kept getting bigger. I was really anxious about it, but she handled everything perfectly — the procedure was super quick, not painful at all, and she made me feel completely at ease. I’m so grateful for how professional and reassuring she was throughout the whole process. Highly recommend her!
