I was here taking part in the British Masters Championship. What a place, there was plenty of space in the warm up and around the patforms so we weren't cramped. Proper seat for people watching and plenty of facilities.

Fantastic location for sport. Great facilities, including tennis courts, squash and football. The class teachers for fitness classes are lovely. There is always something going on here so it can be tricky to find a space in the car park, so give yourself time.

i joined this gym for a month as i was new to the area. first of all the changing rooms were constantly being closed off for specific teams that came to play that day at the facility, how is that fair? if i pay for the gym i should be able to use the facilities i pay for and they should not be reserved. secondly most of the staff were very very rude, there was 3 people that were nice, but the majority of staff are very salty and dismissive and come off judgmental, and most of them came across angry when they were being tasked with doing the job that they singed up for in particular the front reception staff, just overall bad vibes across the board. the gym itself is very small and has an obsessive amount of cardio equipment compared to actually lifting equipment, if you are serious about lifting weights, this is NOT the gym for you, however i will say that the place is pretty clean which is a positive, but overall this place has no gym culture, so if that is what ur looking for stick to the private gyms

Recently came back after a number of years away. As Scotland's performance centre it shouldn't have multiple leaks which can make courts dangerous. Wasn't impressed

A fantastic gym! I discovered it through their website and decided to visit for the parkrun, which was a great experience, along with their excellent café. While exploring the facility, I was genuinely impressed by the full-sized indoor football pitch. They also have a separate area for handball. Between the entrance and the car park, there are unique curved outdoor table-tennis tables. Overall, it's an incredible venue.

Visiting the area and did a walk-through of the performance centre. It’s very clean and had indoor activities. The hotel guests can use the facility with there room card. They had a huge indoor pitch. There were several other basketball courts. And a small café near the entrance. The weight room looked very nice.

We booked one football pitch, but when we arrived they told us to play on a different one because another group was doing practice. Then they came early and said our time was up, even though we still had around 10–15 minutes left and had to explain it to them. We only get 1 hour to play, so having to deal with all this during our session really ruined the experience. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

First time visiting for the Scotland Vs Ireland wheelchair game and what a venue . Cafe was lovely . Lots of parking and the staff were kind and helpful
