The doctors and clinical care have been good, and I have no complaints about the staff themselves. My issue is with the callback system, not the people working within it.
Patients are expected to wait several days for a callback, with no indication of when it will happen. This effectively means having to keep your phone with you 24/7 and be available at all times, which is completely unrealistic for people who work, have family responsibilities, or simply cannot constantly monitor their phone.
I understand that when I say I am available for a callback, it does not mean making just two calls roughly 20 minutes apart and then expecting me to start the whole process again if I miss them. Patients should be given a realistic time window for when they can expect a call instead of being left guessing for days.
If you're asking patients to leave feedback, then unfortunately my experience with the callback system has been a negative one, and that is reflected in this review.
I appreciate that the NHS is under immense pressure, and I know the demands on staff are overwhelming. However, I'm sure there are better ways of managing callbacks. I would encourage the management team to review this system and work together to come up with a more patient-friendly approach.
I don't have the answer, as this isn't my field, but I hope the team can explore better ideas and make improvements. The doctors and staff are not the problem—the system they have to work with is.
Quick, efficient, and calming is the words. I would sum up for my examination with Yasmin Messafer… She was very calming, extremely polite, did all the relevant checks. Receptionist Cynthia extremely helpful and nice. She knew I was late and didn’t turn me away when she rightfully could do so… Amazing staff couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant and polite experience thank you 🤍🤍🤍
Omnia Practice is amazing. I’ve been going there since the start of my pregnancy, and the midwives are incredibly kind and caring. My doctor is also very attentive they genuinely care about your health and prescribe the necessary medicines right away. The environment is clean and comforting. In the last 7 months, I’ve only had one or two instances where the receptionists sounded a little rude, but overall the service has been excellent. Highly recommended!
Appointment was accomodating due to me being late. Doctor was pleasant and listened to my issue.
Both understanding and informative towards my health issues, and the following steps to take.

Edit: Name Ruaraidh Allan (trust me I am a patient). And it’s now 6pm and no doctor called. You were meant to call between 2pm - 6pm today but nothing came through. My legs are barely working, I am in agony, and my medication needs reviewed. Date 08/05/26 - what a shame.

Why is it absolutely impossible to get you to pick up the phone? I am a new patient from Scotland and this is really hurting my health here. I have neuropathy and am just out of hospital, but I cannot for the life of me reach the reception desk at any time of the day. I have just been on hold from 5pm until now and have just about lost the will to live. For the love of God will you please sort this out. The last time I called I gave up and walked in because your phones were down. It was me that made you aware of this. Now I can’t physically come because I’m in agony, and my medication is fast running out.
Excellent service and genuine care
I had a blood test appointment at Omnia Practice, and Mrs Karen Casey was absolutely excellent. She is highly professional, very gentle, and incredibly supportive. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and handled the procedure with great care.
In a stressful time, her calm attitude and kindness made a real difference. Truly appreciate her professionalism and human touch. Highly recommended.

Each time I have phoned the receptionist has always been polite and helpful . Doctors have come out to do home visits for my dad when they were needed and prescribed medication. I've never had any issues with this surgery.
We booked an online appointment at Omnia Practice and a telephone appointment was booked. I received a call to discuss the issue’s relating to our mother by Dr Ayesha Ali Chaudhry who thought it best to book a face to face appointment so she could personally see her.
