Excellent service from start to finish. I contacted the surgery using the "Askmygp" app and was promptly contacted by the GP. I then received a face-to-face appointment. My baby was examined thoroughly, all my concerns were listened to and answered clearly, and he was given the treatment he needed. The staff are absolutely amazing with excellent communication throughout. I am very grateful for the care and support from the GP and the surgery thank you 😊.

Not just today but Ryce is a credit to the surgery. She is very friendly but extremely professional at the same time. She always makes you feel very comfortable and appears to genuinely care about you as a person not just a patient. Talking to my family and other patients they all feel the same and most of try and call or go to the surgery when she is working.

I have been registered with this GP surgery for about 3 years now and have only had good experiences. I’ve been able to get appts when needed, face to face if I have wanted this.The drs, reception staff and nurses have all been lovely and helpful. I’ve previously had a telephone appt with Dr Barry and she was really helpful, and I recently had a face to face appt with Dr Kaur Bassi at Seymour Grove and she was brilliant. Both were really approachable and thorough. I have had another appt with a dr whose name I can’t remember and she was also great. Thanks a lot to all the staff for all you do in difficult circumstances.

Samantha, one of the receptionist, makes calling to even book an appointment effortless. Keep it up, you are an assest there. You feel the warmth of the staff throughout the process, no matter how busy the staff are from reception to your appointment. Thank you team

I had an appointment with Dr J. Chandy and he was incredibly professional and sensitive to the issue. He’s always my go-to doctor. I never feel rushed, and he consistently listens attentively. During my difficult pregnancies, when I was really upset, he was always compassionate and supportive. He also offered helpful non-medical tips that genuinely made a difference throughout my sickness.

Always professional, polite and friendly. I rarely have a problem getting an appointment and always get an answer to my query very satisfied with the service. Special mention to the reception staff as they do a tough job…. I’ve actually worked as a doctor’s receptionist so I understand how stressful the role can be.

Very happy with the service. I had several reminders about the appointment. Appointment was on time. The nurse was very pleasent and professional. Very happy with how I was treated. Very happy with the service. Excellent professional service by the nurse.

Unfortunately, doctors are often not taking the time to properly review patients’ medical histories before making decisions. On multiple occasions, it has felt as though consultations are rushed and based only on surface-level information, rather than a full understanding of the patient’s background.
