I would like to express my sincere appreciation to my career advisor, Ayse, from NLDC for all the support and guidance she provided throughout my employment journey.
Although I secured my job through my own efforts, Ayse played a significant role in supporting me during the entire process. From the beginning, she took the time to understand my goals and career aspirations. She regularly checked in with me, offered encouragement, and made sure I stayed focused and motivated.
Step by step, Ayse guided me through the employment process. She helped me improve my CV, provided valuable advice on job applications, and shared useful resources that increased my confidence. She was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns I had.
What stood out the most was how much she genuinely cared. She consistently followed up on my progress, celebrated my achievements, and offered support whenever I faced challenges. Even after I found employment, she continued to check on me and ensure that I was settling in well.
Ayse's professionalism, dedication, and commitment to helping others succeed make her an outstanding career advisor. I am very grateful for her support and would highly recommend her services to anyone seeking career guidance.

Starting the course at NLDC was actually really straightforward for me. Adam was honestly so helpful from the beginning, every time I had a question or was unsure about something he always replied with reassurance and proper answers which made me feel a lot more comfortable about starting everything.
I will say though, they do contact you quite a lot during the signing on process to make sure everything gets completed. Some people might find it a bit pushy, but I personally think it’s because they want to get you started as quickly as possible.
Once you start, they send you everything you need like your e-learning link and you also get assigned a careers advisor. Mine was Denise and she has genuinely been amazing. She does weekly Zoom calls where everyone can ask questions about finding jobs, interviews, CVs and just general advice about getting into dental nursing. She’s also really proactive and reaches out when practices have vacancies to ask if you want to be put forward, and she’ll even apply on your behalf which honestly helps so much when you’re trying to get your foot in the door.
They also give you a CV template that you can tailor towards dental nursing jobs which is really useful.
What I liked most about Denise is how approachable and down to earth she is. She doesn’t make you feel silly for asking questions and her personality just makes it really easy to trust her and feel supported throughout everything.
The only advice I’d give to anyone thinking of doing the course is remember that once your course officially starts, you’ve got 3 months to find employment. So either try to start the course a little while after enrolling so you’ve got extra time, or be really proactive from day one with emailing/calling practices because finding somewhere willing to take on a trainee can take time.
I would like to thank my assessor SIA for all the support and guidance provided throughout my ROE assessments with NLDC. They were professional, patient, and always willing to explain things clearly, which helped me build my confidence and understanding at every stage.
Their encouragement and constructive feedback made the process much smoother and less stressful. I truly appreciate the time and effort they put into helping me successfully work through all my ROEs.
I would highly recommend them to anyone completing their dental nursing course . Thank you again for your excellent support and dedication.
NLDC is excellent dental nurse course provider. The tutors are supportive, the learning materials are clear and informative, and the team is always helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone pursuing a career in dental nursing.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my assessor, Sia, for her outstanding support throughout my dental nurse course. She guided me through every stage of my Record of Experience (RoE) and was always encouraging, patient, and supportive.
Even when I thought I might miss the deadline again, Sia ensured I stayed on track to complete every requirement successfully.

I would also like to thank Andrea, the Student Advisor, for being so helpful and supportive throughout my journey. She was always available to assist and provide guidance whenever needed, which made the experience much smoother and less stressful.
As I approach the final stage of my course, I am looking forward to passing all my exams and making both Andrea and Sia proud. I am truly grateful for all the encouragement, support, and dedication they have shown me throughout this journey.

I have just completed my ROE and I've come on here to thank Claudia for her immense help and guidance throughout this journey. She has constantly been very helpful and straightforward when i needed it and i think that she is truly the one good thing about NLDC.
If you are considering to begin a course with NLDC, you have to first of all, make sure that you have enough money to fund it. There is absolutely no consideration regarding financial situations and they will demand for money even if you haven't found a job yet. I've spoken to many others who have had the same experience and was very upset by the lack of esteem on their part. Certain promises were made at the beginning that weren't kept which caused a lot of issues.
Putting that aside, my assessor made this journey much easier for me by constantly helping me out when i needed it. She always made sure to give her full attention to me when i asked for it and made sure that everything i was doing was of top quality before moving on. She always replied as soon as possible which meant that no time was wasted in simply waiting for help, ultimately helping me a lot with keeping up with deadlines. I am really pleased with Claudia overall and i am very grateful for everything that she's done. If you're choosing an assessor i definitely recommend her!
In addition, Diana is an excellent teacher who helped condense the information for better understanding and always made sure that everyone understood the content before moving on.
I would give these 2 lovely women 5 stars however, due to some negative experience with the company overall and complete lack of inconsideration, i am giving it 3/4 stars.
I had a really positive experience with NLDC, especially thanks to Adam. He was extremely patient, helpful, and supportive throughout the whole process. He answered all of my questions clearly and made sure I understood everything step by step. His communication was excellent, and made the process feel straightforward. I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism, and very grateful for all the support he provided.
I honestly cannot speak highly enough about my experience with NLDC. From the very beginning I felt completely supported and like the team genuinely cared about me actually learning and succeeding, not just completing a course. Every time I had a question, whether it was about understanding a tricky topic or just knowing what to do next, someone was always there to help. It made such a difference to know I was not trying to figure everything out on my own.
The course materials are very clear and easy to follow, which really helped me feel confident as I worked through them. But what really stands out is the personal support. The team is approachable, patient and encouraging. Whenever I struggled with something, they would take the time to explain it again in a way that made sense. I always felt motivated to keep going even when things got difficult.
I will be honest, you do need to put the work in yourself. But if you are willing to engage fully, the rewards are more than worth it. I have learned so much, gained practical skills at my Practice that I can actually use, and feel much more confident about my knowledge and my future.
Overall I feel really lucky to have found NLDC. The combination of resources, guidance and genuine care makes it a really positive experience.
