I had an amazing experience today at Hazeldene Medical Center and wanted to share my sincere gratitude for the outstanding care I received.
I visited the GP due to a very painful twisted ankle, and Dr. Roshni Desai, was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and highly professional throughout the entire visit. She explained everything clearly, carried out the examination thoroughly, and made me feel calm and comfortable from start to finish. I truly appreciate the level of care she provided and would like to give her full credit for such an excellent experience.
I would also like to thank the front desk staff. Marut was especially helpful and welcoming, and the rest of the reception team were equally kind and supportive. Even though I didn’t catch all their names, it was clear they were doing their best to assist everyone, helping patients with appointments and greeting people warmly.
Overall, I’m very grateful for the quality of care and service at Hazeldene Medical Center. I highly recommend them. Thank you very much!
I visited your centre twice for blood tests, and both times my blood was taken by Ms. Hetvi. I can honestly say she was incredibly kind, caring, and patient.
I am very afraid of having blood tests, but she made me feel so comfortable that I barely even noticed the procedure. It was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a blood test.

The experience with the centre and staff is extremely good so far. The whole staff is extremely helpful and kind.. especially Ms. Saru, Mr. Riya Patel and Mr. Ali.. in first call Mr. Saru understood my problems and guided me for the tests.. helped me throughout for booking the appointment. Ms. Riya - I must say she is very kind, sweet and knowledgeable phlebo. She made me comfortable asked me about my symptoms and took care untill I left the centre. Mr. Ali gave me proper info about my results and guided me politely with the further steps. I must point that so far my experience was mixed with my previous GP center but the moment I had changed my GP to Hazeldene..I am much more relaxed. It's very important for the healthcare professionals to be kind and gentle with the patients coming to seek help.. nobody is coming for the entertainment everyone who is suffering from any or the other health problems goes to the medical centre seeking help.. staff shouldn't be rude or impolite with the patients..Centres have strict rules for misbehaviour with the staff but what about patients if they are being treated badly or rudely where should they go with whom they can complain..?? We all understand the kind of pressure medical staff works in but they should at least understand the genuine patients and treat them nicely.. being kind and helpful treats most of the pain..
I had a blood test appointment at Hazeldene Medical Centre yesterday, and I was extremely impressed with the care I received from Ms Hetvi. She was warm, kind, and highly professional from start to finish. She made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and carried out the blood test with great skill and efficiency. The procedure was quick, smooth, and virtually painless.

GP Pathfinder Clinics (aka Hazeldene Med. Centre) have been God sent for us. Everyone here appears to be trained in a targeted way to diligently attend to patients, to meet their needs. Appointments are scheduled with appropriate clinicians, who 'hear' what the patient has to say. Support staff honour their promises; pharmacists have deep drug-related knowledge, delivering with care.
We have been supported by the Godly Dr. Vepa on a number of occasions. Not only is his medical knowledge up-to-date, but he places himself in the patient's position, responding as he would expect if he were the patient. He is kind, caring, smart, efficient & totally professional; he must hail from a lovely family and is a credit to himself, his parents and everyone else who supports him. We are very fortunate that Dr. Vepa is a GP here.
Dr. Jahan Mahmoodi and his whole team are Godsent. As patients here, we are so blessed.
