Neat surgery, with a welcoming staff. Despite some communication issues with their staff I think they are doing a good job which has to be appreciated while urging them to do better. Most patients don’t know what is required of them so it will be better to give them all necessary information on call before appointment day to avoid disruption in treatment. Thanks

I was scheduled 3 times never get blood test there every time rescheduled appointment even you are on time bcz Dr not available either nurse on her holiday that’s why I’m paying My NHS so I can get rescheduled appointment and get worse treatment like I’m free for whole year their receptionist staff was insane don’t know how to talk politely even you are polite to them like they own the GP kind of behaviour! I just change my GP let’s hope it will better than this.

Roshini is such a great GP doctor! i’ve seen her multiple times now and feel like she really takes her time to investigate the issues and reassures me with my health. Last summer she raised my request for my tonsillectomy and that was approved almost straight away. I was ignored by my previous gp and she was able to diagnose and sort this out for me instantly. When I attended yesterday she had made sure to give me a thorough analysis of my hip problem and provided me with physio,medication and more tests for the future to work out exactly what was wrong.

I would like to thank the Receptionist called Emma. for her prompt efficiency in arranging a visit for my 94yro Mother, as she's housebound. She listened to my concerns and kept me updated with decisions made by her colleague. Thank you Emma for being very kind, caring and putting patients first. You are a credit to Hazeldene Medical Practice.

Horrible. I cannot begin to explain my profound disappointment in this practice. AVOID AVOID AVOID. My blood pressure is 189/119 and am only 40 years old and cannot even get an appointment to see anyone about this. When i finally got one after using their abysmal online crap service i am booked in long after the prescription of Amlodipine my surgeon gave to me, so i don’t stroke over. The plan is not even to see me but to chat on the bloody phone. I cannot get my hernia surgery done with high BP. Even they were shocked at Hendon hospital that my situation had not been taken more serious by my GP and intend to write them. This practice intends to kill its patients and not save them. I will be leaving after i get my prescription. 😡

Please fix the automatic phone cut off after 20 mins. I've tried calling 15 times in one day and never get through as i'm number 8 in the queue (or more) and wait patiently on hold, only for it to cut itself off with an automated message saying "default prompt text"? I needed an urgent prescription for an eye threatening condition and they were utterly useless in getting back to my pharmacy or to me directly on what I should do. Genuinely worrying that this is how they run their service, and I appreciate the system is stretched but its unacceptable to leave someone in this position, ever. It can't be this hard to get hold of your own GP clinic over the phone.

Dr. Roshni Desai is very professional and patient. She took the time to clearly explain every step of my case, making sure I fully understood my situation. When I was unsure about what to do next, she patiently guided me through the process again and reassured me. She also helped arrange my blood tests and further follow-up, which made everything much easier and stress-free for me. I truly appreciate her care and support—highly recommended!
