I recently attended for a cystoscopy and wanted to express my sincere thanks to the entire team. From the moment I arrived, every member of staff was friendly, reassuring, and incredibly professional. The consultants were outstanding calm, clear, and genuinely caring and they made what could have been an anxious experience feel completely manageable.
The atmosphere throughout was warm and respectful, and I felt looked after at every stage. It’s rare to encounter a team that combines such high clinical standards with such kindness, but they achieved both effortlessly.
I’m truly grateful for the excellent care I received and for the way everyone treated me with dignity and understanding. They are a credit to their profession, and I appreciate everything they did for me.
Easy to locate,nice staffs. I was actually very early for my appointment but I was still attended to 30 mins before my actual time. Though it's not guaranteed in other cases.
Very friendly, very caring, polite staff, easy access to parking. Easy access to find the right department. Very professional and they had kids area, my son liked the toys. Appointment was on time, no delay, I am very satisfied with the care I have recieved at the clinic.
Brilliant service. Had appointment 15.20 but thought it was 12.30 so I turned up on her lunch break, to be greeted with smiles and warmth from the Cardiac nurse she was lovely and even welcomed me early, so she put me before her lunch bless her great…. And on a boiling hot day might I add. That’s dedication for you service really does not get better than that. Thank you
Referral from my G.P. and first time here. I found it difficult to find, but signage is small and difficult to see if driving in the opposite direction. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Dr Pathak and his assistant were courteous and helpful and made what could have been a stressful experience a rather pleasant one. Parking is very limited, but on street parking is available, but I would recommend getting here up to 30 minutes earlier to find adequate parking. The place looks upmarket and you could be forgiven in to thinking you will be offered a hot beverage. I liked the ambience of this place, and the seating was very elegant but comfortable. There are toilets available, namely gents, ladies and a disabled W.C. I would wholeheartedly recommend this treatment centre to all.
I had an appointment here and I was treated with dignity and care. I felt valued and safe and recieved all the information I needed. The nurse was extremely caring and the doctor was informative and an obvious expert in her area of medicine. I have recieved follow ups and aftercare and been put at ease at every instance. It is a place where a second opinion isn't needed.
Received an appointment quickly for an echocardiogram. The booking process was quick and easy. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Clinician explained the process clearly and completed the examination within 15 minutes, while putting me at easy. Would definitely go to this Modality clinic again.
The car park is small, so parking was an issue. Luckily I managed to get a parking spot right outside. Ring and go app was required. You got to be quick to download the app and pay as the wardens apparently walk up and down every 5 minutes. Upon entering the building, a lovely lady asked me what I was there for. She told me where to go.
I was knky waiting in the waiting area for a few minutes before being called into a room. Them waited outside again in the waiting room, again only for a few minit3s before being called into another room. The service I received that day was great. Lovely and friendly staff including the security guy. I highly recommend this place.
