Dr. Tatha Sadhu is always kind, professional, and caring. Every time I have an appointment, I feel listened to and never rushed. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and always makes me feel comfortable. I really appreciate his support and the excellent care he provides. Thank you, Dr. Sadhu!

Excellent clinical care, and in Dr Ujjal Sarkar, a doctor I trust implicitly. Although the administrative process of getting an appointment can be difficult, probably due to high demand, the level of medical attention provided by the GP is top-tier. I would highly recommend the doctor for his expertise and patient manner.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Raymond Sarkar at this GP / Medical Practice. He is a truly professional, experienced and highly responsible doctor. From the very first appointment, his commitment, thorough follow-up and attention to detail were clear. Dr Sarkar genuinely listens to his patients, takes their concerns seriously and shows real care for their pain, expectations and any dissatisfaction. He never rushes consultations and always explains things clearly, making sure the patient feels understood and reassured. His manner is extremely professional, kind and respectful, which creates a strong sense of trust and comfort. His knowledge and experience are evident, and every decision is made with the patient’s best interests in mind. I sincerely hope this surgery continues to attract more doctors like Dr Raymond Sarkar. The healthcare system truly needs doctors with this level of professionalism, responsibility and compassion. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated, caring and trustworthy GP. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had an appointment at 16.15 for my child and 16.30 for myself the father.. Siting waiting after 16.40 and still haven't been called in.. Left there as they are happy to make me late to a 17.00 appointment. Funny how if I am late they want to fine me or that they won't see me.. But they on the other hand can make me wait for over 40mins and there's nothing they can do to speed up the process. Sorry you have to wait... Ridiculous service, plus when you ask why it is taking so long the blonde receptionist talks sideways out of her face.. Blah blah blah. Talking just to talk, with nothing of value coming out of her mouth. Shame really was a good doctors surgery long ago.. Now it's seems to be about the money grab instead of the patients care..

We had a really positive experience with Dr Alexander Jay. He looked after my auntie with such care, kindness, and professionalism. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly. His communication and attention to detail were excellent, and it’s clear he holds a very high standard of patient care. ⭐️💙

Dismissive and extremely inflexible. The administrative staff lack compassion and often behave as though they are simply reading from a script. Not only is it virtually impossible to secure an appointment most of the time, but there also seems to be little willingness to understand or accommodate individual circumstances. There is no personal care given. Patients are treated as little more than a date of birth and not as individuals with unique needs and concerns. Some of the doctors are also rude and show a concerning lack of compassion, particularly towards mothers during the postpartum period, when support and understanding are most needed. Overall, this is a shameful excuse for a doctor's surgery. The standard of care, communication, and empathy falls far below what patients should reasonably expect.

On 27 January I had an appointment at this clinic. Unfortunately, I was 10 minutes late. I asked the lady at the reception on the second floor if it was possible for them to still see me because I have a serious condition – severe asthma – and I was scheduled for a scan for osteoporosis. The lady said that I was very late and that there was nothing she could do about it. She gave me a number to call so I could rebook the appointment. After I said that I speak the language poorly, she looked at her colleague and said in a quiet voice, “go back where you came from”, but I still heard her. This was very disappointing for a medical practice.

My family and I are extremely happy with Dr Foong. Her attentiveness, her care, the amount of comfort she provides has made us so happy and valued. Whenever making appointments we always ask for Dr Foong, to the point where if she is unavailable or on holiday, we wait for her to come back and then we book the appointment. Please always stay like this Dr Foong as we really value you. We as a family pray for her good health and wellbeing - honestly one of the bestest doctor we've come across. 5 stars for Dr Foong without a doubt! The surgery as a whole gets 4 stars.
