My experience during the blood tests was truly excellent. I needed to have two tests done within a week, and both times Dr. Vik and Nurse Lana were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, patient, and very accommodating throughout the process. I’ve always been nervous about needles, but they both went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and calm. The actual blood draw didn’t hurt much at all — they have such gentle, skilled hands and did it so well that I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it felt. Their professionalism and genuinely caring attitude made such a difference, and I really felt that I was in good hands. I’m so grateful for their help, and I’ll definitely be coming back to them for any future blood tests.
Super smooth process for the MRI scan made easy by the team, from booking the appointment that had great availability to signing in, and receiving the guidance for the MRI scan.
Very clean changing room. Slippers provided so you don’t get dirty socks or feet, and I had my choice of music during the scan, both small touches that were appreciated because my last MRI scan in New Zealand didn’t offer that.

I had a great experience at LycaHealth Canary Wharf for my MRI. Razel and Andrei were both fantastic—professional, kind, and very reassuring throughout the whole process. They made me feel completely at ease and explained everything clearly. I’m very grateful for their care and would highly recommend this clinic.
I advise against using Lycahealth. The administrative incompetence I experienced is completely unacceptable for a healthcare provider.
I originally called on Thurs 9th April at 6pm to inquire about appointment availability with Miss Safina Ali. During that call, I went through the full process of registering as a new patient, provided all of my personal details, and booked an appointment for Thurs 16th April at 10am. I was told an email confirmation would follow.
Days passed with no email. I called back today (14th April) to follow up, only to discover that my appointment did not exist and there was absolutely zero record of me ever being registered. All the time spent and personal data provided on my initial call had completely vanished from their system.
To make matters worse, the person I spoke to today initially told me she couldn't help me simply because she couldn't see me on the system. It was only after I explicitly prompted for a solution and an apology that she started to assist me. While I ultimately have no remaining concerns with this specific person (from the 6pm call on 14th April) once she stepped up, the clinic's overall failure/ability to book an appointment and register a patient is alarming and does not inspire any confidence.
I unfortunately cannot recommend a clinic that cannot manage basic patient registration or to successfully book an appointment.
Every time I visit LycaHealth I’m met with the most polite and welcoming staff, from the front desk down to the doctors and medical specialists. I had a radiology appointment today and everyone from the team was consistently attentive to what I needed and ensured I was doing ok throughout my process, especially as it was my first time. Razel particularly was a delight, and made me feel even more comfortable from the onset and throughout. I would recommend LycaHealth Canary Wharf to anyone who’s looking for a healthcare centre that’ll place your needs above all and ensure you receive the best health solutions, whilst feeling at ease throughout your process.
Great experience having an MRI with Razel - no waiting time, clean and such caring staff who were so clear explaining what would be involved prior to the appointment, checking in during the scan and providing clear next steps afterwards. Would recommend to anyone.
