I had such a great experience at London Laser Clinic thanks to Zerda. She was so professional, kind, and welcoming from the start. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. The results have honestly exceeded my expectations I’m so happy with them! Zerda really knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares about her clients. I highly recommend booking with her!

Completed my package of laser sessions at the Burnt Oak branch and couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with this company. The laser treatment has worked amazingly -I barely have to shave anymore since starting my sessions! The staff and laser therapists are all so lovely and professional, and they always make you feel comfortable and supported throughout the process. A special thank you to Romana, who was incredibly kind, warm, caring, and supportive from the beginning. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients and made me feel genuinely looked after. Her level of care and customer service really reinforced my decision to continue my journey with this company and invest in another package. Highly recommend to anyone considering laser treatment!

I’ve been seeing Nehal for the past three years, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience. From the moment I walk into the clinic, I’m always greeted with the warmest smile and made to feel completely welcome and at ease. What really stands in out is how much Nehal genuinely cares. Whether I’m visiting once or twice a year, she always takes the time to ask how I’ve been and makes every appointment feel personal. She’s incredibly supportive too—always available for aftercare advice or to answer any questions, which gives me so much confidence in the treatments I receive. Over time, it’s come to feel less like a routine appointment and more like catching up with a friend. I’m truly grateful for every service she’s provided—her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail never go unnoticed. I've been coming to this clinic for a few things. Microneedling. Laser and facials. The therapist who I always book with is Nehal. She is brilliant. Patient. Caring and so passionate about what she does whether it being laser, Microneedling or facials. I just feel so comfortable and completely trusted with her. All my sessions have been so good. The clinic is great and the Nehal is the best therapist that I look forward to seeing every time. Would recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking to have skin treatments. Great customer service from Romana on the front desk. She's brilliant on the phone and booking. We'll done ladies! Thank you for looking after me 🙏

I’ve been coming here for both face and body laser and I’ve had such a lovely experience. I’m already seeing results and it’s definitely been working for me. I still have 6 sessions left for my body but I’m really happy with the progress so far. Zeynab has been doing my laser and she’s honestly the sweetest. She makes me feel so comfortable and explains everything properly which really helps. She’s gentle patient and just has such a kind energy. They even provided dates and water for me to break my fast which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. Romana at customer service is amazing too. Super sweet and genuinely helpful. She recommended the best creams for my complexion and skin type and they’ve actually been working really well for me. Overall such a positive experience. Professional caring and attentive. I’d definitely recommend ✨

I’m so happy with my laser progress here after having laser treatment beforehand and it not working very well. I try to book my sessions with Nehal as she makes you feel so comfortable, knows her stuff and has such an attention to detail. Would recommend to any contemplating getting laser.

I just had to do a Google review. I am absolutely astonished with the results of the technology they use here the results are amazing . Zerda made me feel relaxed and fantastic customer service from Romana. What a great team. Highly recommend !!!
