The turn around is reasonably quick and the staff, receptionists, Coffee lady, cleaners and nurses are lovely and always smiling. I have to go every 48 hours for dressing changes so have been going a two weeks and need to go for a further two. They all make a hard situation easier with their smiling welcoming demeanors Thank you all. X

Three visits to sort out a health related problem, three times the service provided is poor. Unfortunately this proud tax payer will need a private healthcare service to find a solution. Upsetting!

This place is dated and tired. It needs a revamp. It can also benefit from a ticket number machine right outside where patients can pick their numbers on arrival even if the doors dont open until 9 am on the dot. The confusion and arguments that this will prevent amongst patients is really important. The amount of people arguing about who was here first was too chaotic. The staff here seemed helpful and nice.

The staff here are just wonderful. They are kind, gentle and do not patronise you. It has a pleasant atmosphere and although very busy you are seen quickly and test are completed quickly. I cannot praise the centre enough.
