I had an appointment with Dr Hannah Pigney today and was genuinely impressed. She was exceptionally attentive and took the time to fully understand my concerns. Her manner was both highly professional and sincerely compassionate, which immediately put me at ease. I left the consultation feeling confident that I was in very good hands. Clinicians of her calibre are truly rare. Thank you for the outstanding care.

Visited yesterday for my mother’s knee injections and it was a great experience like always. Doctor Jennifer Hamilton is very kind, attentive, knowledgeable and professional. All other doctors at this surgery are also very professional and knowledgeable. We are very satisfied with our experience so far with this surgery and that’s the reason we decided to stay with the same practice even though we have changed our address which is a bit far. Very good surgery and we highly recommend for others to join as well.

What an absolute fab service from this lovely GP. She was very welcoming and reassuring. She made me feel very comfortable and was very thorough. It was a wonderful visit and I left feeling extremely satisfied.

I had an appointment scheduled for 11:20 AM today. By 12:10 PM, I was still waiting and had not been seen, meaning I waited for around 50 minutes before having to leave again without being seen. This is not the first time this has happened. I had an appointment with Dr Hamilton yesterday as well, where I was kept waiting for nearly one hour and was not seen on that occasion either. On both days, I had to take time off work specifically to attend these appointments, and on both occasions I ended up leaving after waiting for almost an hour. Over two days, this has resulted in unnecessary loss of work time and significant inconvenience. I understand that delays can occur, but repeated long waiting times without being seen or properly informed is unacceptable. Better appointment management and communication are clearly needed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that patients do not have to repeatedly take time off work only to leave without receiving care.

Dr Pickles is an incredibly kind and supportive GP. He listens with empathy and takes time to understand both physical and mental health concerns. I felt truly heard and supported during a very difficult time. I’m very grateful for his care and never leave reviews, but I felt inclined to do so :)

I have been dealing with the clinical pharmacist and the service I have received has been first class. She fully understands my needs and promptly issued the appropriate prescription. She also rang when she said she was going to, most unusual for this day and age.

I find the doctors here to be understanding, patient and highly efficient. I feel safe. I mainly see women doctors and I am very happy with my experiences. Thankyou

Amazing GP practice. All staff that work here go above and beyond. I don’t like that routine appointments can’t be booked when needed without going online at 8am these appointments should be made easier to book but other than that the GP’s and Nurses at this practice are fantastic! Reception staff are always kind and helpful. Nurse Jessica is very kind and understanding I felt listened to and not alone talking with her thank you.
