Moved here from the Fairhill Medical Practice and it’s infinitely better as a practice. For one, I actually get to see the GP. In my old practice, I only got contacted to say they are busy and to not book appointments for anyone else or unless you really need it (for reference I only went to the GP twice in 10 years). Plus the GP at the KHC took the time to actually ask a lot of questions for a proper differential diagnosis. The nurse who took my blood was also very friendly, compassionate and efficient. They are very good.
I would give 6 stars if I could. KHC has been so proactive towards my family's healthcare. We moved from another practice and I can't believe the difference in the level.of care. They have GPs that have special interests in medical subjects and the fact they have menopause trained GPs and nurses is a real bonus. They have recently been awarded an outstanding rating by the care quality commission and they really deserve it. From reception to the GPs im happy with all they provide.
Really positive experience with this surgery. Appointments are genuinely easy to get compared to many others, and the reception team are always extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Whether contacting them by phone or email, they respond quickly and make everything straightforward. Easily the best experience I’ve had with a GP surgery.

I have been under their care since 2023, and I truly feel that I have been supported through some of the most difficult moments in my life. The doctors have always taken the time to listen, explain, and act with great care and attention.
I am especially grateful for the compassion and dedication shown throughout my treatment journey. It is rare to find a healthcare team that combines professionalism with such a strong human touch.

I have been a patient at Kingston Health Centre for five years, and the level of care has been consistently exceptional. The entire team demonstrates a high level of professionalism and empathy, making every interaction feel supportive and personal.
What truly sets this surgery apart is their efficiency. They are incredibly responsive to enquiries, and I have found it significantly easier to secure an appointment here compared to other surgeries I have experienced.
Furthermore, they are absolutely fabulous in emergency situations. On the occasions I have needed urgent care, the staff have literally gone out of their way to provide help and reassurance. It is a brilliant surgery, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
My family and I are registered with the Kingston Health Centre for nearly five years now. Not only is the level of care and the attention to minor details exceptional, the GPs and all support staff (especially the admin team) are highly professional and prompt in responding to questions and requests. Despite reading several negative news in media regarding the NHS, the KHC sets a high benchmark for others to replicate. Thank you KHC for doing your best to keep us healthy with a human touch!
Great health centre and respond in good time. Keval Panchal (Musculoskeletal Practioner) is amazing, the attention to detail, understanding, empathy shown was great. Has gotten to the bottom of the cause of my injury in no time and provided a good rehab programme. Highly recommend and great asset to the team!
This practice is always so efficient and helpful. I have consistently had prompt and friendly interactions with all staff - admin staff, nurses, doctors. Shout out to Georgia who was so lovely with my two year old having injections in the travel clinic last week and was proactive about suggesting I have my blood test with her instead of rescheduling - such a lifesaver for a busy working mum. I really appreciate having such a wonderful GP practice and don’t take it for granted.
