To Dr Sanella and Amar at reception thank you so much. Dr Sanella has taken care of my father and son she is very attentive and acts upon any issues without delay. Amar always very polite smiley and caring at reception and on the phone. Thank you to both and all everyone there ❤️
The team at the King's Road Medical Centre have always been extremely responsive whenever I call and have specific requests. The GPs and specialists, from blood withdrawal to Gyneco assistance, they are all very gentle and take the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions as well as comforting me in trying to find the right type of help and assistance that I need.
Well done to all the team in there. I truly can't imagine myself going anywhere else!
Excellent clinic, very polite staff! Wonderful Nurse Lea always explains everything clearly, very attentive and professional! The queue is minimal, everything is according to the appointment time! The equipment is in excellent condition, clean and tidy everywhere.
I requested to add vitamin D to my blood test. Saeed and Akram In reception team chased it and sorted out and called back to me. I really happy. They are really nice, polite and responsible.
They do an excellent job and take care of the patients.
This week I have tried so hard to get in touch with the dr. I was left on hold for 2 hours on one occasion. On another occasion, I got through and the reception instantly ended the call. On multiple other occasions I’ve waited an hour+, despite being position 1 or 2 in the queue.
Today, I finally had an appointment. The gp refused to see me because I was 10 minutes late even though I had tried to call in advance to let them know (and was left on hold for half an hour again). I also explained to them that because of the abuse I am experiencing it can effect my ability to attend on time. The receptionist was rude and unsympathetic.
I explained to them that my safety was at risk and I was at risk of domestic violence. They did not care. You sent me back to an unsafe situation where I am at risk. He even tried to rebook me with a male doctor even though I am experiencing DV.
This is extremely upsetting. I’ve had lots of other poor experiences with this practice but this has to be the absolute worst ever. Coming in, in an unsafe situation clearly needing help and to see someone and late through no fault of my own and you refuse to see me. Last time I watched you turn away a lady with a small child.
All I can say is don’t come to this surgery. If you want a dr that cares about you, maybe go to Violet Melchett or another local practice. Turning away a young woman experiencing dv and clearly not safe is unacceptable. I’m planning to change practice too, any surgery that treats their patients like this should not be operating.
Liz was amazing. I was seen to on the day and she very kindly made time for me for follow up appointments around my travel plans. Excellent care. Very professional, knowledgeable and kind.
Thank you Liz!
I am extremely satisfied with the service and care I receive at our medical center. The staff is consistently nice and attentive, making every visit pleasant. It's always easy to make an appointment or any request, and I appreciate the quick responses. The reception team is particularly noteworthy for their politeness and friendliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this medical center for anyone seeking quality healthcare!
When i signed up to this medical practice I did not know I would face blatant discrimination. When I called the practice the receptionist denied I was a patient there, I said, I came there for an appointment he began to fumble his words. I immediately recognised what this was and I said are you going to book an appointment or do you not want me to come back? Then he agreed i was a patient there. I got a phone appointment but the doctor never called at the scheduled appointment time i had to call back. I got someone else a female worker who told me the doctor called me but no one answered on this number. I said that number belongs to a phone which holds two sims and I would have received that call, she began to fumbleher words. When the doctor called me after this conversation with the worker he said we had the wrong number. I told him what I needed a sick note because he had all the records from the hospital. He said he would text and email the sick note. Nothing came. I felt a strong discrimination from all the members who worked at 529 kings road medical practice. They denied me the right as a British black citizen medical attention. This was blatant racism. I believe this practice does not want anyone like me there. And every thing that happened was designed to get me to leave.
