Very disappointing experience. I was contacted by Mr Vir Karan, who, as I understand it, is not a doctor. The conversation felt more like an interrogation than a discussion about my health, and I found the approach lacking in empathy and professionalism.
To make matters worse, my appointment was cancelled on the day without any explanation. There was no communication about the reason for the cancellation or what the next steps would be.
Patients deserve respectful communication and clear explanations, especially when appointments are cancelled at such short notice. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
This is the best GP practice in the area. Really friendly staff, All the receptionists I've spoken to have been polite and quick to help. Appointments are easy to book, there's been times I've rang past 1pm and still got in on the same day. Most of the GPs are friensly, caring and listen to your concerns. Would recommend.
A clean, calm, peacefully organized atmosphere and relaxing environment to await their summons.
The first point of contact with the receptionist was positive. She was attentive, courteous, respectful, and skillfully proficient, whilst exuding a lovely, healthy presence and attractive appearance which instantly put me at ease.
My appointment with the doctor was positive, as well as helpful, informative and prompt. It was somewhat dismissive throughout as well, although in the end, I happily agreed with the suggested treatment.
I think that the sizes of the signage posted on the walls giving directions to each block of rooms should be increased and emboldened.
I look forward to my future visits!
Excellent experience at the surgery. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, appointments were well organised. I felt genuinely cared for and supported throughout. Thank you to the whole team for your professionalism and kindness - in particular Nurse Susan and Receptionist Rose made my experience very positive.
Dr N Khan is the most wonderful Dr anyone could expect or wish for. Her warmth, kindness, understanding and professionalism is second to none.
I cannot praise her highly enough.
Her reception team were also extremely supportive.
I feel very lucky to have her as my GP.
I had 2 recent experience with the physio. Appreciate the assessment. But l strongly suggest the therapist should demonstrate or go through the exercise with the patient rather that just giving the print out.patients with neck problems may struggle to read these exercise or use the phone app plus they may not be doing it properly.

My experience at Iridium is not good. I find it difficult to type because my hands are shaking which means the phone is shaking. I've explained this problem to Iridium and they have ignored me for over a year. It is virtually impossible to keep the lancet steady so i can take blood. Sometimes itxwork and sometimes it don't. My finger tips on my left hand are numb. One finger no blood come out. Soon all finger tips are going to get numb but iridium don't care
Very welcoming place, i have been using this practice for some years now and have never had any concerns or issues, all staff on arrival of my appointments such as the receptionists nurses and GP's are always professional, polite and friendly. Always have an appointment and at a convenient and suitable time and i usually do not have to wait too long to be seen by whichever health professional i need to be seen by. Overall it always a great experience at this practice and i can honestly say that i have bern treated exceptionally well.
