Dr. Momen was very kind and considerate! They listened carefully to my concerns and experiences to come up with a new medication plan to work for me. Reception is always friendly, I’ve never had a bad experience. Even when they are not able to help me directly I’ve had clear explanations and other resources given. No regrets on switching surgeries!

I am highly disappointed with my recent experience at this surgery. The practitioner I was assigned to lacked the necessary experience, provided inadequate care, and exhibited an unprofessional attitude. Furthermore, I was seen late, and there was no apology, instead the practitioner cut my appointment short and sent me on my way. Due to the poor quality of the consultation, I was forced to seek a second opinion elsewhere to get the correct medical guidance. Furthermore, when I raised these concerns formally, the management team completely mishandled my complaint and failed to address the issues properly. I would not recommend this practice based on their clinical care and poor complaint handling.

The surgery itself is clean , airy , quiet place with trees outside, the receptionists are nice and accommodating, the waiting time is not bad, the GP who attended me is lovely, friendly , professional, and knowledgeable, also compromising, informative and straightforward, most of all , they have this fantastic emergency appointment wherein I phoned at 9:30 am , and given appointment for 11am same day and was seen at 11:25, which for me is non existent in most Surgery in London , also the phone waiting is not long . I am working in NHS for ages and this is like a miracle to me , of course it doesn’t happen everyday but still a possibility.

Terrible disgusting appalling attitude from reception, it's like these people are forced to work for peanuts or something so they take anger out on clients who are not familiar with the new government legislation, I'm taking my family away from this surgery, I joined the surgery because I saw a good reviews, how wrong could I've been. The surgery has no respect for people's time you will be seen average 35 to 45 minutes after your appointment time. People go to GP with health problem not to return with more headaches, people in reception need to be reminded this fact.

Outstanding GP! This is the third surgery that I have registered with over various home moves and by far the best! They all work very hard under immense resource pressure on the NHS. Special shoutout to Usman the pharmacist, Nurse Aylin and the all the kind receptionists! Thank you all!

Dr Ali Abdulrahman was very officiant and heard all the concerns I voiced. She helped me get the referrals I needed and gain understanding on the issue I had . A very lovely woman

Dr may has been there and I really mean that looking after me every time I see her. been through a lot the last year needed someone to be there in my corner I feel comfortable when seeing this dr really appreciate the help and support. Thanks again DR MAY being seen for alk my issues last 2 years 100s of different drs dr may by far the best dr ive ever seen makes me at ease she cares excellent dr

I have had several health issues over the past 9 months and I have felt so grateful for the kindness and care showed towards me at every stage by the doctors, nurses, and reception team. I cannot recommend this GP enough.
