Dr. Momen was very kind and considerate! They listened carefully to my concerns and experiences to come up with a new medication plan to work for me. Reception is always friendly, I’ve never had a bad experience. Even when they are not able to help me directly I’ve had clear explanations and other resources given. The surgery itself is clean , airy , quiet place with trees outside, the receptionists are nice and accommodating, the waiting time is not bad, the GP who attended me is lovely, friendly , professional, and knowledgeable, also compromising, informative and straightforward, most of all , they have this fantastic emergency appointment wherein I phoned at 9:30 am , and given appointment for 11am same day and was seen at 11:25, which for me is non existent in most Surgery in London , also the phone waiting is not long .
