We came to Hey Baby 4D after an NHS growth scan raised a few unexpected questions, so we wanted a second opinion and some reassurance. We’ve now been here a few times, and every visit has been outstanding.
The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and reassuring. They take the time to explain everything clearly, answer every question, and you never feel rushed. The NHS do an amazing job with the resources they have, but the detailed scans here really helped put our minds at ease.
The 4D scans are brilliant, with fantastic image quality, and the whole experience feels so personal. On top of that, the team have a great sense of humour, making what could have been a stressful situation feel relaxed and enjoyable.
We couldn’t recommend Hey Baby 4D highly enough. If you want reassurance, expert knowledge and a genuinely caring team, this is definitely the place to go.
We had our 24-week private scan today and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The sonographer was incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the appointment. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made us feel completely at ease, and were so patient while showing us our baby in detail.
The clinic was spotless, welcoming, and had such a calm atmosphere.

I’ve had such amazing experiences at this 4D baby scan clinic! I’ve been back several times, and every visit has been just as special as the first. My sonographer has been the same each time, and she’s absolutely fantastic, so friendly, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She always remembers details from our previous visits, which makes the whole experience feel really personal and comfortable.
The scans themselves are always clear and beautifully done, and she takes the time to explain everything and make it a truly memorable moment. I always leave feeling even more excited to meet my baby. I can’t recommend this place enough it’s such a lovely, welcoming environment with staff who really care.
I was let down by another place and I’m so glad I was… You both are the friendliest people. I was a little bit worried and you both Made me feel so relaxed, The lovely lady doing my scan also explained everything in detail and really reassured me, The receptionist was also just as lovely! Went for a growth and Presentation scan yesterday with my daughter as soon as we walked into the Clinic it was very bright and clean and the staff were very welcoming..
Ivy the sonographer was very thorough and talked us through everything in the scan room
As was Kerry On the reception..
Babygirl was playing ball and we got some beautiful pictures on 4d...we paid the extra for all the photos to be download along with a video of the whole scan..

We went to Hey Baby at 16 weeks to confirm our gender and check if everything is okay. Once arriving Kerry was so welcoming. Ivy was so lovely and was so reassuring and understanding as I have a physical disability. She gave so much information about our baby. Way more than the NHS have given us at appointments. Highly recommend.
Have been here with both my pregnancies multiple times on each, the receptionist and the scan girls are amazing, so lovely, would highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Absolutely A* lovely place and people.
