I had a great experience at Hairology London today. The team was very professional, welcoming, and clearly knowledgeable about what they do. The consultation was thorough and they took the time to explain everything properly, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in the process. The clinic itself was clean, well organised, and conveniently located near London Bridge. Overall a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering treatment.
I had a hearing screening with Dr. Micaela Stonestreet. She was very professional and attentive, and she explained the possible causes of my tinnitus and recommended that I make an appointment with my GP. The whole process made me feel relaxed, comfortable, and reassured. She is an excellent doctor and it was a very positive experience. If I need hearing aids in the future, I will definitely book another appointment.
I found the team really worked on my behalf to reorganise an appointment I had not arrived on time for.
Nothing was too much trouble and from the call to the local clinic it was all confirmed on a matter of minutes.
In total I met or spoke to 4 different colleagues and they all were amazing.

Fantastic experience
They saw me on very short notice to help alleviate ongoing exostosis wax build up and . The best medical teams ive been treated by, Vincent ailnd Kelly gave a full diagnosis and helped explain the issues, with lots of helpful advice.

had a problem of excess earwax for over a year. booking was super simple and easy, with an email for instructions on how to get there. stephen was super friendly and did an amazing job of cleaning my ears. so so happy with the result and that i can finally hear properly again, definitely recommend
I have been to hearology a coupel of time one for microsuction, Which was great and i left a review with I think awful spilling and bad grammar. However I was full of praise for the serivce. Totday I had a fiull blown hearing test and I am considering getting a hearinr aid now. I am researching it but was impressed that though it is minor hearing loss I am now aware I miss certain sylables so I am serious considering it. No pressure and I guess the 60 day fullt refund policy of not satisfied may sweing it for me. I was tempted to leave the review till I had abit more time but wanted t make sure I did not foget to as I think hearology deserve the rating desoite the text being less than eprfect.

What I had thought was just a blockage Esti diagnosed as a different hearing issue and provided me with test results, answers to my queries and then a referral. A great experience!
Very professional service. I had a blocked ear from wax build-up and I left the place hearing perfectly! The process was quick and painless and the staff were very friendly. I definitely recommend this clinic for everyone experiencing any ear related issues.
