DR Khan is amazing. She deals with each issue. She listening and treats you like it matters. I'm truly happy to have her as my doctor. The staff at the front desk are also amazing.

I have been with this GP well over a decade and will give a thumbs up to most of the receptionist. They have always been extremely helpful. The admin staff at the top. The ones who have the same race --hmmmm .I will hold on to my adjectives. I believe all of the admin staff needs to be referred for fresh intense training on communication and handling of patients. The last GP who attended to me before making this post - hmm I will also hold on to my adjectives. I was glad I said in her face Its the last time I would be booked to see her. I HOLD MY PEACE

I’ve been seeing my talking therapist for the past few months, and I wanted to say how helpful the support has been. When I first started, I was going through a very difficult time, and now I can honestly say I feel better than I did a few months ago. The sessions have given me a safe space to talk, reflect, and understand my feelings better. My therapist has been kind, supportive, and easy to talk to, which made a big difference for me. Healing takes time, but I can definitely see positive changes in myself, and I’m grateful for the help and support I’ve received. Thank you.

Dr Shama Jahangir is an amazing doctor. She is highly professional, patient, and compassionate. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. I am very grateful for her care and would highly recommend her to others.

I attended my appointment on time expecting to receive updates and further investigation regarding my health concerns. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and frustrating. I was informed that my colonoscopy report had not yet been received, which made the appointment feel unnecessary. I do not understand why I was scheduled to attend when essential test results were not available. The only information I received was that my ECG results were normal,even though I frequently experience sharp pain on the right side of my chest. As someone dealing with multiple health issues, I rely on these appointments for clarity, direction, and proper care. Instead, I left without answers or a clear plan for next steps. This lack of coordination and communication has caused unnecessary stress and wasted my time. I would appreciate better organisation of appointments in the future, ensuring that all relevant test results are available before patients are asked to attend. Patients should feel that their time and health concerns are taken seriously.

Corona has finished over 5 years I was in absolute agony with pain could not move they say book triage call online tried many times whilst in pain then waited till 8am in morning and it’s a lottery win if you get through. I once I did get through no appointment had to call ambulance who arrived and had a severe word with the so called triage team who are gambling with peoples life is he urgent is he not. No gp home visits many people just give up as they can not hold whilst in pain.

Dr Tara is amazing. See actually listens and trys to find an answer through investigation. See is never dismissive or in a rush to get you out. She behaves how all Dr's should conduct themselves towards their patients

The doctor i saw was nice and friendly and explained things to me... but as usual wasn't seen on my appointment time was 15mins late not the first time it's all the time why give appointments if u can't stick to them..or have the decency to let patients know if running late.
