I feel very privileged to be a patient at Blithehale Medical Centre. I always feel so well looked after and everyone is incredibly supportive and patient with me and all my family’s health needs. Yasmin is wonderful and always kind, very helpful and keen to resolve issues that arise with ease. Thank you for all that you do, words sometimes can’t encapsulate just how much you provide for all of us! Keep being amazing!

“I cannot recommend this medical practice highly enough. From the moment I arrived, every member of the team was professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The reception staff (Syed,Yasmin,Saf,Farah)were friendly and efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The doctors took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and ensured I felt comfortable and informed throughout my appointment. Dr Osborne, Dr William are the best. I have been with this practice for about 10 years i have had an excellent service from this practice. The doctors take time to listen and not rush you. I saw doctor Labiba I received outstanding care, she made me feel comfortable and listened to all my problems and took time to understand and made referrals and bookings for further care. Today I had an appointment with Dr. Ballal Seddique regarding the cysts on my head. He was extremely kind, professional, and reassuring throughout the consultation. He explained everything clearly and took the time to answer my questions in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. I’m very happy with the care and service I received.

Spoke to Yasmin today she was able to sort my prescription problem very promptly, really appreciated the quick solution to my problem! Overall the practice has been providing great service, even though occasionally there maybe some problems with my prescription it’s always sorted very quickly and on the spot
