I cannot recommend Dr Constantinos Regus at Garston Medical Centre highly enough. From the very first consultation, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, genuine compassion, and a level of clinical expertise that immediately put me at ease.
Dr Regus takes the time to truly listen, ensuring that every concern is understood and addressed without feeling rushed. His explanations are always clear, thorough, and reassuring, which makes a huge difference when you are dealing with health worries. What really stands out is his patient-centred approach — he combines medical knowledge with kindness and empathy in a way that is increasingly rare.
The care and follow-up I received were outstanding, and I always felt supported and confident in the treatment plan. The entire experience at Garston Medical Centre has been positive, but Dr Regus in particular goes above and beyond to provide excellent care.
If you are looking for a doctor who is knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely committed to his patients’ wellbeing, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Constantinos Regus.
I been with Garston Medical Center for quite some years.
I had to give a review today, I had to re-schedule my appointment, Lisa H that answered the phone, was truly very helpful, super polite and kind and took the time to look for the next available appointment. At the same time I felt she actually listened and within very short sufficient time rebooked my next appointment. 👌🏼😁
I find this level of service extremely unprofessional. My husband and I each completed and signed consent forms specifically to authorise us to speak on behalf of one another. Ever since we registered with your practice, I have been calling on my husband’s behalf without any issues, and everything was fully in order.
However, I was recently told by a receptionist that I am no longer permitted to discuss his matters, claiming I never submitted the required consent form. This is completely incorrect—we definitely provided the necessary documentation. It appears the records confirming my authority have been lost or deleted from your system entirely.
This is unacceptable carelessness and a serious failure in your administrative processes. It is vital that accurate records are kept, especially when they relate to patient confidentiality and authorised representation. I expect this to be investigated immediately, our consent details to be reinstated without delay, and an explanation as to how this error occurred.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt this one truly matters. This morning’s appointment with dr Constantinos Regas made me hopeful:)
After years of struggling with complex symptoms and feeling unheard, I finally met a doctor who genuinely listened. From the very beginning, he approached my case with curiosity, respect, and an open mind — something that has been incredibly rare in my experience.
What stood out most was not just his knowledge, but his ability to connect the dots. He took the time to understand the full picture, rather than focusing on isolated symptoms, and acknowledged links that others had previously dismissed. That level of insight and critical thinking made a huge difference to me.
He treated me as a person, not just a case — and that alone restored a lot of my trust in the medical profession.
It’s truly unfortunate that he is leaving the practice, as his combination of empathy, intelligence, and willingness to think beyond the obvious is something every patient deserves.
I am incredibly grateful to have been under his care, even for a short time.
I want to state that i have spoken today with Lou on the phone and she was the most helpful lovely lady i have ever come across at Garston. She genuinely deserves a raise. She helped me with my prescription to which i was turn away literally a day before by whoever picked up my call when the information was in black and white on letters already received from the hospital in London i received my treatment in January. Lou was patient enough to actually take the time and lool thru the letters received and was kind enough to understand my frustration and effectively helped me. 10/10 service well done Lou i hope i always get to speak to u whenever i call.
When I call in the morning there are NEVER any face to face appointments on the day, even if I'm second in the cue. Then if I'm lucky for the doctor to call me back 'this morning ' or 'later today' I have only one chance to pick up to talk to the Dr . (Which, a not so nice lady on the phone informed me today). I feel like they do everything to diminish and discourage you from contacting the surgery. Very intimidating to describe your symptoms in detail to the secretary (I guess), otherwise you won't get even a call back. They also would treat you like you're stupid, asking if you tried taking otc syrup for your 3weeks persistent cough and do you really need to see doctor for that ?
I have been with the surgery for about 10 years now and it's completely gone downhill now. The receptionist and surprisingly the GPs, all seem to say call 111 or go to A&E and this was in the morning,I don't see the point in ringing them or seeing the GP at this practice, I don't understand why how they are registering more patients but don't have the time to see existing patients. I saw Dr Seelan today and he seems to rush the appointment, didn't get any advice except to call 111 or go A&E if symptoms persists, compete waste of time.
I have been with this Drs for nearly 40 years and sadly the decline in helpful doctors and staff is bringing this Drs down big time but they don't seem to care. The receptionists are rude no matter what time of day. The doctors don't listen or care. They believe in policies over patient care more than anything and everything is an excuse and the surgery it's self is run down and dirty. I refused to have blood tests taken there as they are now done in the waiting room behind a screen, to me that is very much in the open and when I asked why it was excuse after excuse and was told to go else where if I wasn't happy... Sad really when Dr Apple and then Dr Stimler had the surgery it was a well oiled machine. Now, if being with a different GP wasn't so hard to do I would jump ship before this one sinks. Don't even bother trying to ask to speak to anyone the receptionists are like Gandalf and might as well scream "YOU SHALL NOT PASS!" If you even dare to ask them!
