Had an MRI appointment, information desk sent me to cdc, cdc sent me to correct department on first floor, 5 nurses were in the hallway, taking patients as they enter MRI department to do paperwork, locker room and then waited 5mins in waiting area and got called for my scan.. this is a new gen machine (compared to others in other nhs hospitals), you look up and you can see the techs working, i was offered ear plugs and then they put additional headphones when i layed down, with pleasant cool air blowing, very relaxing experience.
Outside space was nice and relaxing, impressive green space (could do with few more benches) and happy there's parking on site and it's free for 3hours.
This time visiting the breast screening clinic, I had a completely opposite experience. I had telephoned to ask for a double appointment after my horrible treatment 2 years ago. This time I had a lovely gentle nurse who took her time & didn’t rush me. Thank you so much for looking after me
As a new build hospital, I was very impressed with the cleanliness, efficiency and politeness of all the staff.
I attended for an MRI venogram and was seen on time. Parking was free for up to 3 hours and there were plenty of spaces.
All the staff from the information desk, and receptionist, up to the MRI team were all very polite and helpful.
The whole experience was fast and efficient.

My experience on this morning visit was great. The receptionist Viki was helpful and explained everything in detail.
I found the parking spot easily and registered my car without issue. Don’t forget to register it, it is free.
I had MRI done, didn’t wait and people were friendly from start to finish. The scan machine was new and the staff was helpful during the process. Didn’t have any bad experience overall.
Clean hospital, and restroom. You can see signs clearly and read instructions easily.
First time coming to this hospital very clean & tidy. The breast screening clinic staff were so friendly supportive & very helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Parking is free, 😊😊But you must register your car Registration at main reception console unit.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There is a Costa Coffee Cafe here too & also Fairview Pharmacy which is open every day😊😊
Had a great experience at this hospital today. The imaging department staff Mr. Sharath, was very professional, helpful and welcoming. He greeted every patient with a smile which really made a difference. The clinicians were excellent and caring. Overall, it’s a great & clean hospital with positive staffs.😇
One staff member named Mr.K****, was speaking loudly in another language at the reception in phon, which was bit disruptive and annoying in the waiting area!!
I have to say- my experience here was fantastic. The reception staff were a little curt, but the triage nurses, and the Dr (Helen- I didn't get her surname) were friendly, warm, professional and human. It's been a beat since I was at a hospital and felt like I was a person speaking to people, rather than a problem, so - Thank you.
