I recently visited Fiji Skin Clinic for IPL treatment and had a great experience.
Chloe was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The procedure was quick, painless, and she made me feel comfortable throughout. She also took the time to recommend some great skincare products and supplements to help address my skin concerns, which I really appreciated.
I'd also like to thank Kay, who was very friendly and helpful when assisting me with a query. The customer service from both Chloe and Kay was brilliant! 😊
The team at Fiji are so lovely and really know their stuff! I did the alma harmony laser treatment course with Beth and she was so informative. It totally improved my skin texture and redness. I also had the hydrafacial with Yvette and I loved it! My skin feels amazing. So happy with the results! Thanks ladies :)
Considering it was my first time going in for a skin concern by myself, I felt really comfortable to consult with Yvette! She was so sweet and that customer service is what makes me excited for my next visit. I had a skin consultation and it was very informative and booked a hydrafacial immediately.

I always go to Chloe for my treatments, and she’s amazing every time. She makes me feel completely at ease, explains everything clearly, and is very gentle and caring. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their results.

I had laser hair removal treatment by Chloe who was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciated there was no hard sell. She gave me her honest opinion - I'd had a full course of laser hair removal treatment previously at another clinic which has gone into administration. Chloe advised I didn't need a course of 6 treatments and to see how I get on. If needed I can book another session as and when required.
The clinic is very clean and the staff very friendly. I would definitely recommend and will be going back in future when I need further treatment.
I debated for so long whether to try laser hair removal at Fiji and after having completed my 8 sessions and one top up in the last year with Yvette, I can only describe the results as beyond incredible! Yvette has been so kind, attentive and informative throughout my whole treatment and even introduced me to some amazing products on offer at the clinic which has made my skin feel so much smoother and healthier. The treatment itself has been so worth the money and the staff have always been so professional and kind. I’m glad I made the decision to start laser and lucky to have found a great place for it locally.
I had a hydrafacial with Maaria on Friday. She was super friendly and didn't rush my appointment (given that I was the last client on a Friday). The treatment was great, Maaria kept me informed throughout the facial, explaining what she would be doing at each stage. I've have a bad Hydrafacial experience with an inexperienced therapist before, but that was not the case here and my skin is still glowing! Looking forward to going back!
I had a great and informative session with Beth; she was super knowledgeable and described different procedures in depth that could be beneficial for myself. I had the hi-fu facial and for sure can see a difference after just one treatment but will have two more to see the full effect. The clinic is very clean, and everyone was very welcoming. I highly recommend Figi Skin clinic for any treatment you might be interested in.
