Title: Thorough, kind care — no rushing at all

Dr Rivera Forrester was incredibly helpful and thorough during my visit. She examined me carefully, listened well and did not rush me at all. She clearly explained my situation, gave me clear advice, and referred me to all the necessary places and nursing support I needed. I felt fully supported and reassured throughout. Very pleased with the high‑quality, patient‑centred care I received. Thank you so much, Dr Rivera Forrester your kindness and careful approach meant a lot to me.
Dr Sabeena Moedine once again proved what it means to be a true doctor. She is attentive, listens carefully, thinks deeply, and makes accurate diagnoses. She sees the patient as a person, not a case. Her care comes with kindness, humanity, and a genuinely big heart. I am deeply grateful for the support, reassurance, and compassion she gives. A doctor who builds trust and brings hope. Thank you from my heart.
I would give 0 stars if I could. My experience with Dr Alam was extremely disappointing. I felt that my concerns were not listened to or taken seriously throughout the consultation.
I was incorrectly advised to pay for a podiatry appointment, despite there being alternative referral pathways available. More concerning, podiatry was not even the appropriate service for my condition — I should have been referred to MSK. Had I followed this advice, I would have paid unnecessarily for the wrong service.
When discussing my blood results, I was also met with a dismissive attitude. I had a clear understanding of which tests were relevant to my issue and which results had already been returned. Despite this, I was told to wait for outstanding results that were unrelated to my concern. After I insisted, the results were reviewed and confirmed to be normal — something that could have been clarified earlier.
Overall, I found Dr Alam to be dismissive, unapproachable, and lacking in effective communication and patient care. This experience left me feeling unheard and unsupported. I would strongly suggest improvements in listening skills, clinical attention, and patient interaction
The doctor who saw me was very caring and good
The understands her job and I was given all the necessary advice and was treated with dignity. She examined me very well to be sure she wasn't missing any vital symptoms. I am happy with her treatment and warmth, also showing professionalism. She's amazing 👏
The reception staff were rude and didn't know their duties towards patients. Not all of them, of course, and they complained about how the patient treated them, when they were the ones at fault. Meanwhile, the doctor just sat in his office like he was the king, untouchable by anyone.
am writing this to praise Dr. Usman Haroon for the excellent care he provides. He is an incredibly patient-centered doctor who truly takes the time to listen and show understanding toward his patients.
It is a great comfort to have a doctor who makes you feel heard and doesn't rush through the appointment. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a thoughtful and professional GP at Evergreen Surgery.
Lovely experience with Doctor Moedine. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. She listened to me intently and made me feel comfortable, which was a huge contrast to previous dismissive experience at A&E, She clearly explained my medication and next steps—highly recommend!
She made me feel welcome as soon as I sat down. She explained everything that will happen to me. I like how she had the experience about her job. God bless her.
