I had a HydraFacial at this clinic and I am beyond impressed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, elegant, and spotless. The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the entire HydraFacial process, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. The experience itself was so relaxing and thorough, and the results were incredible. My skin felt deeply cleansed, hydrated, and noticeably brighter immediately after. I walked out feeling refreshed, confident, and glowing. This clinic truly goes above and beyond when it comes to both results and customer care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality aesthetic treatments. I will definitely be returning!
I had a 4,000-graft hair transplant with aftercare including PRF, exosomes, and laser treatment at Este Medical London, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding — the front desk team were welcoming, friendly, and always helpful. Arzu was extremely informative and supportive throughout the process, making everything clear and reassuring. Forough and Shirin, who carried out my laser treatments, were professional, skilled, and made each session comfortable. I’m very pleased with the care and attention I received and would highly recommend them
I’ve been coming to este clinic for 6 months now for hair regrowth treatment. I’ve been very particular about my treatment and what has worked for me and otherwise and the clinic has always been very supportive and helpful with providing me with my requests. I have noticed wonderful results of new baby hair and thicker hair coming through after dealing with androgenetic alopecia for over 8 years. I’m doing a combination of exosome, laser therapy with minoxidil and derma roller treatments. This has shown great results so far! I want to thank every staff member that has treated me as each person has been professional, warm and very friendly.everyone at the reception knows you by your name and welcome you in with a smile always. My consultant Arzu especially who’s been guiding me without sugar coating things and helping me with my journey. And the ladies I see weekly for my laser sessions who are always kind and professional. Shirin and Forough aswell have been incredible!
Tannaz has been absolutely wonderful to me throughout my entire treatment with Este Medical Group. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely considerate, always taking the time to make sure I felt comfortable and well informed. She always does my hair with great care , and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Este Medical customer service and reception team are absolutely amazing and fantastic. Am currently going through my treatment with them and the level of support I’ve received so far is out standing. From consultation with Arzu and the treatment team have been absolutely amazing. I’ve send several messages after my treatment as I was feeling nervous and worried and the reception team have replied back within a minute with accurate information and guidance for aftercare. The treatment team have looked after me 100% nicely during my treatment time more than I expected. The reception team offered tea coffee as I have arrived and booking appointment is great with plenty of time slots to choose.

From the very first consultation, the team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They took the time to explain the treatment process in detail and made me feel completely at ease. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience.
After completing my course of Exciplex therapy, I’ve seen fantastic improvement in my hair regrowth. The patches have significantly reduced, and my confidence has grown so much as a result. The staff were supportive throughout the entire journey, always checking in on my progress and making sure I was comfortable.
