I’ve been coming to Este for the last 5 months. I have been self conscious about my hair for years which has affected my confidence. I’ve looked at lots of different places but my friend recommend Este and I haven’t looked back since.
Firstly I booked a in-person consultation to see what my options were before purchasing anything. My consultant Ozzy was amazing, so reassuring and understanding. He gave me complete honest insight on everything, my hair, the problems, what the future could look like, the plan, the time frame, everything.
I was amazed and felt comfortable to proceed, trusting Ozzy and the team. We started a payment plan which made it affordable for me.
A double laser session weekly and an injection session monthly. All of the team here are wonderful, especially Irana and Miki. I’ve never felt more comfortable in an environment with those two. They make this process feel so much easier. The service is top notch, nothing you could get elsewhere.
They have different products you can buy like vitamins, serum, oil, derma roller etc which work exceptionally.
Always offered a drink every time i visit, my new favourite cappuccino with chocolate courtesy of Irana.
A big bonus is free parking. This is a game changer in Birmingham!
My 6 month plan is nearly over, I have seen a massive improvement in my hair growth and quality. Friends and family have also noticed the difference over the last few months. I’m finally feeling confident enough to not wear caps everywhere I go.
I’m feeling very optimistic for the future, a long way to go yet.

I’ve just finished my laser hair removal course with Fereshteh at Este Medical Birmingham, and honestly it’s been a really good experience from start to finish.
Fereshteh knows exactly what she’s doing. She’s calm, honest, and makes you feel comfortable straight away, which matters a lot with this kind of treatment. I always felt like I was in safe hands, not rushed or just another client.
The results speak for themselves—I’m really happy with how it’s turned out after my final session.

I had an amazing experience at the aesthetics clinic, and I can’t recommend it enough. A special thank you to Shilan Kareem, who was an incredible trainer. She explained everything so clearly, was extremely knowledgeable, and made me feel confident throughout the training.
Shilan was so polite, patient, and supportive, always taking the time to answer my questions and ensure I understood every step. Her teaching style made learning enjoyable, and I genuinely felt encouraged throughout the entire experience.

Today I completed my last wash with Lumia and it was amazing. Lumia did a great job, for the first time I can finally see my new hair line clearly. My hair transplant has been a wonderful journey also a great experience.
Staff at Este Birmingham are very helpful and friendly. I did my transplant procedure in Istanbul Turkey and the staff over there are very skilled, friendly and almost everyone did speak a good English which was very helpful.
I understand that there are more steps for me to follow, until I can complete the full process. So my connection to Este Birmingham is with pre and post transplant care and so far it has been a good experience. I would like to extend my special thank you to Harj, Lumia, sayka and Irana.
The staff at this clinic were genuinely lovely. The therapist, Saba,who carried out my laser treatments was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout. The reception team were also welcoming and helpful.
However, I'm disappointed with the overall results. After spending around £2,000 on laser hair removal, I did see some reduction in hair growth, but I still have to shave regularly, which wasn't the outcome I was expecting. Based on the consultation and the cost involved, I had hoped for a much greater reduction and far less need for shaving.
I appreciate that results can vary from person to person, but for the amount I spent, I don't feel the treatment delivered good value. While I have no complaints about the costumer service they provided,I was left disappointed by the results.
