From my very first enquiry, my experience with elanic Clinic has been nothing short of amazing. Every single member of the team I’ve spoken to has been so friendly, welcoming and professional, making me feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.
A special thank you has to go to Candice. She has been absolutely incredible throughout the whole process. She is so reassuring, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients. She took the time to answer every question I had, gave me honest advice, and made what felt like a huge decision so much easier. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always made me feel at ease.
Although my surgery is still to come, the care and support I’ve received so far has given me complete confidence that I’ve made the right choice. I can’t recommend elanic Clinic enough and I’m so grateful to Candice for making this journey such a positive experience
Absolutely fantastic! The doctors and nurses were incredible, making me feel completely welcomed and cared for throughout my experience. They constantly checked in to ensure I was comfortable and reassured, and just before surgery, they put me completely at ease-especially important since it was my first time under anaesthetic. I couldn't have asked for better care. Thanks so much will be recommending it to anyone who wants surgery like this xx
Hello, had a wonderful consultation experience with Vivek. He was extremely professional & understanding and individualised my consultation to personalise my needs. He is a talented perfectionist and no question was too much. He goes above and beyond for each patient, to support them wholeheartedly. 5 star experience. The surrounding staff were so friendly and supportive and nothing was a bother. If you are thinking of booking at Elanic with Vivek, I guarantee, you will not be disappointed. I cannot praise him enough.
Whole Elanic experience was top class. From the initial introduction and advice from Candice McAdam, who allayed all fears and gave excellent advice, to the nursing staff and ultimately the surgeon, the whole process was seamless and made to feel easy and comfortable. I would happily recommend Elanic.
I had surgery on 19th February, prior to my operation I was at the Clinic twice to have bloods taken, the receptionist, Stephanie, is so lovely and patient, I was offered tea, coffee, water while I waited. The Clinic is immaculate. Then I met Debbie, my nurse, WOW, her professionalism is brilliant, but even nicer is her personality, so calming and friendly, she answered all my questions, put me at ease, explained thoroughly how my procedure would happen and my recovery process.
One the big day I was taken to a beautiful, warm clean bedroom, Theatre Sister, I think Joanna, but anaesthetic brain is a thing, came for a chat, checked my details, so friendly, and warm. Next Mr Paul Drake, what a lovely man, extremely professional, but relaxed, and again friendly, very comforting. I think I love him a little! Next the Anaesthetist, he was so thorough, even checked my teeth, told me what to expect. I need to add, I have had over 20 operations with the NHS, I have never experienced professionalism, friendliness or confidence in a hospital before. I was genuinely so relaxed.
The operation, Joanna, introduced me to the whole team off nurses, then came Adam, the star! He wrapped me in warm blankets, chatted away, even when I was in the table he made me laughter, Adam, you are indeed a Sex God!!
Recovery...Leanna, AKA Isa, made tge best cup off tea ever! Lovely sweet girl, I want to adopt her! Emma, equally lovely, very professional, I can't quite explain enough how professional and yet friendly all the staff I met are. Emma helped me dress...a trial!
10 days later, 1st post op check with Debbie, dressings changed and a wee chat.
Since then I have had 4 more visits, each time with Debbie, and a lovely wee nurse who's name I don't know, sorry lovely.
To summarise, finally you say, as major surgery goes this felt like a lovely wee holiday with a bit of pain. At no point have I been stressed, upset or nervous. I have never experienced a hospital, or staff, as good and kind as this Clinic.
I honestly cannot recommend highly enough.

I met with Candice and Professor Maen Al Aissami for a consultation for breast augmentation which was amazing. I booked a date straight away and I can not wait to have the procedure done!! Ive always felt so insecure but professor maen al aissami made me feel as comfortable as he possibly could and I am excited for him to be my surgeon. I will be counting the sleeps until June 30th for my new 🍒day 🤍
Couldn’t fault the experience 10/10 from start to finish! My results look absolutely unreal and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The confidence this has given me is unbelievable.
Communication with the staff has always been amazing, everyone is so kind, welcoming and supportive, and you feel looked after the whole way through.
Vivek truly works magic and is completely at the top of his game. He is so knowledgeable, professional and talented, and you can tell straight away you’re in the best hands. He’s also very straight to the point, gives the best and most honest advice about what will suit you and your body, and makes sure you feel comfortable and confident in every decision.
The whole process was smooth, reassuring and far better than I could have imagined. I felt listened to, supported and cared for throughout, and I’m genuinely so grateful.
I would recommend Vivek and the team a million times over life changing experience!
