I wanted to share my feedback following my consultation with Bobby Kang at Este Medical.
As a long-term customer of Este Medical, I wanted to take a moment to appreciate the experience I had today.
Bobby made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. He listened to my concerns, understood what I wanted to achieve, and explained the different options clearly without making me feel pressured.
What stood out to me was that the consultation felt focused on finding the right solution for me, not just recommending a treatment. I also appreciated the offer of complimentary trial treatments to see what would work best before making any commitment.
To me, that shows a real customer-first approach and a genuine focus on achieving the right results.

Highly recommend Este Medical Group Edinburgh!
I visited Este Medical Group in Edinburgh for LED light therapy followed by the Cosmelan treatment to address my deep pigmentation concerns. From the very first appointment, I felt completely at ease. My practitioner, Izzy, was fantastic — she is so friendly, caring, and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.
The staff overall are genuinely nice and welcoming, which made a big difference to my experience.
Most importantly, the results have been excellent. My pigmentation has faded a lot — I’m already seeing a noticeable improvement in the tone and clarity of my skin. I’m really happy with how much it has lightened and can’t wait to see the full results as it continues to improve.

I can’t recommend Izzy highly enough. I previously had resurfacing laser with her and am currently having laser hair removal, and every experience has been excellent. Izzy is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly, which instantly puts you at ease.
She is also incredibly welcoming and friendly, making each appointment feel comfortable and relaxed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and the results she delivers. I’ve felt confident and well looked after throughout my treatments, and I wouldn’t hesitate to continue coming back or recommending her to others.
Izzy is amazing—I trust her with all my beauty treatments and she’s always my first choice. Every session is so relaxing and she instantly puts me at ease. She’s reliable, thorough, and every appointment feels like catching up with a friend over coffee. I've been having laser removal tattoo treatments with Izzy for months now, and I can not recommend this place enough. Not only are the results quick and visible, but she is professional and so friendly. She takes good care of you and makes sure the process is as comfortable as possible. I had a consultation with Dr Morteza Chavoshi at Este Clinin in Edinburgh regarding mole removal, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I was feeling very anxious, but Dr Chavoshi was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the appointment. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed at every step. His calm and compassionate manner made a situation I was very worried about much easier to manage. I’m very grateful for his care and professionalism.
