My Nan has been coming here for all her mobility needs and they always treat her with grace, and a warm welcome. They don’t try to upsell and they go at your own pace, until you can find the right product for your individual needs, they have patience and talk through all options giving advice for you to make an informed decision. We purchased a couple of items today, had the chance to try them out in the shop finding the right height and to make sure she can use them with ease, Mark and the team are fab and we would highly recommend them. Visited Easy Living Mobility this morning and had a wonderful experience with Mark & Kaz, they were really helpful in assisting me with choosing the right Mobility Scooter. It was a very easy process and I came away with the perfect scooter and all the information I needed to know. Mark is very professional and I can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing when it comes to this. Thank you so much for the great experience, much appreciated x

I am thoroughly impressed at the quality of customer services this location provides. Mark is a very kind, friendly and down to earth guy giving such positivity and on point about the topics of mobility and supportive equipment. There is a no pressure environment just support and his experience. I am currently in the process of choosing a wheelchair and have visited several times asking plenty questions and taking family each time and he has been very accommodating.

Mark at the Walsall branch was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable with the power wheelchair suitable for my needs. I could see other customers popping in just for a chat & he was very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble!

I can’t thank Easy Living Mobility in Walsall enough for the kindness and care they showed me. Every single person I spoke to was so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. I needed a wheelchair for my mother on Sunday and called them feeling quite overwhelmed, but they took the time to explain everything clearly and supported me every step of the way. The gentleman who served me was truly exceptional, and the rest of the staff were just as lovely — welcoming, understanding, and professional. It’s rare to come across such caring people who really go above and beyond to help. I felt completely reassured throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Easy Living Mobility to anyone — amazing service from a genuinely wonderful team.

Fantastic experience at Easy Living Mobility. We spoke with Mark, who was incredibly patient and more than helpful with my granddad. He made sure we found exactly what was needed without any pressure. Highly recommend asking for him if you want genuine, friendly service!
