I wish to commend Dr. Joshi, whom I recently saw regarding ongoing fatigue. This was the first time I have truly felt listened to by a doctor.
After initial blood tests returned normal, I shared my continuing concerns, and Dr. Joshi took the time to explore further. She arranged additional tests, which have brought us closer to understanding what may be happening. Her professionalism, empathy, and commitment to follow-up care have been exceptional and have reassured me that my health is being taken seriously.
This practice leaves a lot to be desired.
I tend to be given appointments with staff who are clearly not equipped to deal with the issues I'm having, as well as triaging staff either not paying attention to the e-consult warning flags(which in my case, there is a deterioration in my condition) that they are so helpfully given in response to the questions asked (Yes, we the patients also see this information).
In addition to this, if you dare exercise your right to make a complaint to try and get the required treatment, you will have have to wait 30 to 90 days in order to receive a response... Do you not realise your patients could be even more sick by this point?
In positive news, there's a lovely lady on the reception team called Carol who is great. She's sorted out many issues for me such as doctors not authorising acute prescriptions in a timely manner.
Used this medical practice for several years now. It is very good can't ask for a better experience. Yesterday went for a shingles vacine my medical record where checked and a needed a hepatitis a booster and a tetanus Catherine Folwler the nurse was very professional. I am lupus copd and a scar on my oesophagus all treated very professionally
I had a very positive experience with this physiotherapist Aswathy. From the beginning, she was kind and welcoming, always with a smile on her face, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. Unlike my previous therapist who said she would not physically examine me, this therapist carried out a thorough hands-on assessment. That really helped me feel properly evaluated and cared for.
She explained everything clearly and in a way I could easily understand. I felt she truly listened to my concerns and showed genuine empathy. I trusted her professional judgment and felt confident in the treatment plan she recommended. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate physiotherapist.
Staff were friendly. I had a recent appointment regarding travel advice, I was seen by Mrs Fowler and they were very helpful. Signposted me to services, printed off my records, gave me my jabs and gave me advice in general when travelling to different countries.
Dr Mandour is an outstanding GP and a real credit to her profession and East Croydon Medical Centre. Dr Mandour is warm, attentive, thorough, and exceptionally understanding. Dr Mandour listens with care, takes concerns seriously, and approaches patient care in a genuinely holistic way. What I particularly value is her ability to integrate care thoughtfully, making appropriate referrals to services where needed, rather than offering a one-dimensional approach. She combines clinical professionalism with real human warmth, which makes a huge difference as a patient. I feel very fortunate to have been under Dr Mandour's care - she is real asset to the practice.
Very supportive team, kind, professional, understanding and willing to listen. I am so grateful to everyone who supported me, all the team from the GPs to nurses, physiotherapists and receptionists 🙏 everyone is very empathetic and willing to go extra mile for patients. Many thanks for all your kindness and ongoing support. 🙏

The person who takes blood miss Kit was THE BEST i ever had. I did not feel the needle going in neither when it came out and i have only one vein that works. Amazing technique! Massive compliments. Dr. Anna Crowe is very lovely. She listens and consults you providing multiple options and ways to go around your problem.
