Derma Institute is hands down the most amazing place I’ve been for Botox and fillers. (Can’t wait to try other treatments) They explain everything thoroughly, and as someone who’s typically nervous, they made me feel completely at ease. From the reception to the practitioners, everyone is so professional and patient. It truly feels like family when you walk in. A special thanks to Sophia, who took the time to explain everything to me and made arranging the booking feel effortless and personal. And a heartfelt thanks to Rasha, whose expertise and skill made the treatments an absolute breeze. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough !
I never write reviews, but I am so disappointed by my experience with the Derma Institute that I felt I had to warn others.
I am writing from the USA, where I was signed up for their 3-day combined Level I & II Botox and Filler training in Chicago at the beginning of May. Booking the course was a breeze - I worked with Susan via Whatsapp who answered all of my questions and promptly sent over the course materials.
I live in Michigan, so I had arranged a flight and hotel to arrive on Friday May 1 for the course. Friday 5/1 at 11:08 AM I received a phone call from Gary at the Derma Institute who stated that the course had been cancelled due to a last minute instructor emergency due to the instructor being sick and the backup instructor being out of the country. I was surprised, but I also understand emergencies happen. I spent the next few hours (all while in clinic) trying to reschedule my flight and my hotel to avoid being charged any fees. The Derma Institute promptly rebooked my training for the weekend of May 16 and graciously refunded a portion of the training cost for the inconvenience.
Come Thursday May14, I received another call from the Derma Institute saying that my course had been cancelled yet again. This time they did not give a reason. I proceeded to spend the rest of the afternoon trying to cancel my flight and hotel - both of which were unable to be cancelled without a fee since it was 24 hours from departure/check-in. I reached out to Susan multiple times via Whatsapp, and she never responded. I inquired as to why the course was cancelled and was never given a reason. Eventually the Derma Institute provided me with a full refund.
With all the great reviews, I am truly surprised by the experience I had with the Derma Institute and would not recommend trying to book a training course with them.
First class treatments and top notch quality and service. I would recommend Kayleigh and the Stirling branch to anyone, knowledgeable trainer and highly competent students. So far so good my cheek filler looks great and waiting on the results of Botox. Kayleigh is very open and honest and I trust her judgment completely. Clean and tidy environment with lovely friendly welcoming staff. I would recommend Derma Institute to anyone and would definitely return. Thank you 🤩

As an MSc-level practitioner, the standard of training I received at the Derma Institute, specifically under the guidance of Suzie Sahirad, has been transformative for my clinical practice. I’ve now integrated these high-level techniques into my own 'Skin Architecture' protocols, and I couldn't be more grateful for the foundation the institute provided. I enrolled with Derma Institute and was extremely happy with the level of support and education I received. The trainers, especially Rasha, Ether, Louise and Eby, were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, helping me build both my skills and confidence in injecting.

My first Exosome face treatment was amazing. The team was so caring and explained everything clearly. I had almost no redness, and what little there was faded fast — I even went straight out for dinner at the local pizza place afterwards! Highly recommend.
Enjoyed my training with Dr Ebby for Polynucleotides. She was thorough and knowledgeable about the subject. Teaching was clear and made simple. Similar experience on training for chemical peels and exosomes with Sian and Aida . Thank you ladies
