Doctors are great here. Dr Nielsen was very kind and interested in my situation. Still waiting for the outcome of her conversation with Dr Warris following the consultation but this surgery is very good though the new triage and appointment online system is a bit of a pain. Receptionists are helpful when you do get through.

I have been with Chingford Medical Practice for over 35years and a patient of Doctor Warris since she joined the practice many years ago. Doctor Warris is an extremely good doctor, very professional, but also approachable and she is very thorough. She has helped me many times over the years and I trust her completely. It has become a lot easier to speak with someone at the Practice. The Receptionists & Secretary are really welcoming, friendly & very helpful. Amy, the reception supervisor, is extremely kind & helped me no end when I went through a difficult time a couple of years ago. Overall I’m really happy to be a patient there and wouldn’t want to change.

I’ve been using this GP practice for some time now, and I’m really impressed with the service. The online appointment request form is super convenient, making it easy to book appointments without any hassle. The GPs I’ve seen are very knowledgeable and take the time to address my concerns thoroughly. However, I would prefer to see the same GP consistently for continuity of care. Building a rapport with one doctor can really enhance the patient experience. Overall, a great practice that I would recommend!

I recently moved to the area so I am a new patient but I am so incredibly impressed with the service so far. All the staff possess excellent communication skills. They are caring and clearly passionate and take real pride in their jobs. The difference between here and my previous practice is like night and day. This practice honestly restored my faith in GP services and I feel very lucky to be a patient here.
