My experience of this surgery is usually very positive . I think the Gps are very good generally, good access to services in surgery and often get an appointment on time on the same day which is great! I think unfortunately at times, which is not often at all, things can go wrong/ not as expected.
I have quite recently not had a positive and helpful experience with 1 GP ,as ive not agreed with their approach and handling of a situation and the after affects of it. I believe whats helpful is they receive support they need to help them in their role.
Im assured the surgery will do its best to resolve this from this happening again :)

The customer service has greatly improved since I have joined the surgery. The staff are helpful and kind. You can book appointments online and on the phone. I totally recommend Dr Saxena and Dr DellaPenna. They are amazing, they listen to you, and they give proper treatment.
DO NOT SIGN UP! Vulnerable partner in first trimester with bad nasuea and heartburn and tried to call to get a phonecall appointment for some help and prescriptions. Receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Said next appointment would be 2 weeks yet if she called in the morning she would get same day - but shes pregnant and exhausted unable to be up at that time due to the heartburn and nausea. Receptionist didnt even try help or attempt to speak with any doctors generally the worst service and lack of compassion ive ever known.
The GP surgery is great. You are able to get appointment quickly and GPs are good. Dr Wong is a caring and very supportive, Dr Saxena is a compassionate kind Dr i feel comfortable with talking too; Dr Zane is also good addition.
The surgery i believe offers good range of services for patients. What would be great is if there were more community wellness intiatives for patients , like last year - encouraging Walk sessions @ park.

Today I visited this clinic. Previously, I had appointments with Dr. Lana, who was always kind, respectful, and professional.
However, today I came because of severe pain in my foot and back, and DR. BUNGER treated me very badly. She did not listen to my concerns at all and simply told me there was nothing she could do.
If she cannot help patients, then why is she working there? A doctor’s responsibility is not only treatment, but also speaking to patients with care and respect.
I was extremely upset after this appointment. I cried the entire day and even had to take two ibuprofen because I developed a severe headache from stress and disappointment.
DR. BUNGER, if you do not know how to speak to patients properly or provide support, then perhaps you should reconsider working in this profession.
You made this a very unpleasant and upsetting day for me.
Very bad service, my appointment today at cheetham Medical Center was at 11:00am. I still reached there 20 minutes early. Even after waiting for an hour and a half, my turn did not come. I also checked online on the system. I also asked the staff. They said that those who come in an emergency will be taken first, and you will be taken later.
I was just waiting more than 1 hour.
Before that booked my appointment at 10.00am I received my msg as well
When I went there they said that was cancelled and didn’t tell me any reason.
