Stefania was very friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The course was very well delivered, clear, and engaging. I really enjoyed the session and would highly recommend doing your Basic Life Support and Anaphylaxis training here.

I recently completed the Phlebotomy Competence Assessment at the London Medical School location and had a very positive experience. I am proud to say I now have a CPD accredited qualification. I want to give a massive thank you to JULIA for going above and beyond in supporting my requests and making the process easy. A special thanks also to my trainer, OAMA. She was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout the practical day. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and she always listened and offered great advice. Most importantly, at the times when I needed to take a break and things were too much to take, she listened and reassured me that I was doing a good job. That level of support really gave me the confidence I needed. The practical element of this course is excellent and I would highly recommend it. While the online training could do with an update, it still covers all the relevant information needed on ANTT, infection control, use of PPE, correct tubes to use, and how to ensure patient safety. I am really looking forward to seeing where this course takes me in securing a job. Thanks again to the team at the Centre for Medical Sciences & Research!

I am extremely pleased with my experience learning phlebotomy. I am especially grateful to Oana, Stephanie, and all the staff who supported me throughout the process. They were consistently patient and demonstrated exceptional skill in explaining each aspect clearly and effectively, making the learning experience both accessible and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this school to anyone interested in pursuing phlebotomy training.

I learnt a lot from my phlebotomy and cannulation training. It was the best 👌 so ever. Stefania was very good, patient, and a very good teacher. I will always remember everything she taught me today. My tutor Stefania was very knowledgeable and supportive. She has a wonderful ability to put you at ease from the very start and takes the time to ensure every student understands the material and feels confident with their technique. Enrolling in the course and communicating with the school was easy and smooth. Definitely recommend.

I have to say that Stefania was absolutely brilliant as a trainer. Her supports knowledge and encouragement was truly incredible. I must say the way her Training style was hands-on which for me was priceless fantastic and can't wait to come again.
