Frankie was amazing at short notice managed to fit me in her busy schedule to change my glasses frames as when I bought them they were cracked. She was really professional and understanding great customer service keep up the good work good luck

Excellent service. Friendly, knowledgeable member of staff, Sean, made the process simple and smooth. No issues, would recommend But please turn down the Aircon in store 😉 The service for collection & fitting of the new glasses was exemplary courtesy of Frankie. She went above & beyond to make sure they arrived in time for my wedding following a delay on the part of the manufacturer. She was an absolute star & example of what good customer service looks like 😃

Great service in store but trying to get in touch via the phone to email not possible - please can someone from the opticians get in touch ASAP? I've been calling for weeks to try and get an invoice, have been in touch with boots opticians head office but they also cannot get an answer over the phone for Boots Sheffield Meadowhall opticians. I don't live locally and am therefore unable to pop in. I'd be really beautiful if someone can please get in touch or just pick up the phone. Thanks.

What an amazing experience after years of going to specs savers. Sidrah was attentive and could not do enough to meet my needs. Very knowledgeable about all the products and supported the whole journey from start to finish. Felt supported and valued throughout. Very happy with my new glasses. Thankyou !!!!

Had an amazing experience at boots Meadowhall opticians with Aliyah who tested my eyes. She was very thorough. Joanne and Laraib both were very patient and made the choosing experience for my new frames a fun and friendly one. They both gave honest advice and I am so looking forward to picking up my new glasses.

I really appreciate the team effort from Boots Opticians when I recently had to pick out a new pair of glasses! I've been wearing an older retro style for years (small, oval, wire-frame), which are extremely hard to find - Sean at Boots Opticians Meadowhall very kindly explained all my options. He was very friendly and knowledgeable! Judith (Jude) at Boots Opticians in Skipton, also helped me whilst hunting for a similar pair to my existing frames and patiently answered my questions about re-glazing and levels of thinning. I finally spotted a pair glasses I liked at Boots Opticians on Albion Street in Leeds and a lovely lady called Aiza helped me to get them ordered, taking my prescription, all my measurements and breaking the pricing down so I could understand. When the glasses arrived in store her colleague Noah was there to greet me and assured me that if they need adjusting to pop back in anytime! A first-rate experience, many thanks! :) **UPDATE 8th July 2026 ** A very kind lady called Zonya at Albion Street Leeds, made some minor adjustments to the nose pad arms and the tightness of my glasses today - she was so patient and friendly, thank you! :)

Everyone was very eager to help. I ordered glasses with Frankie and she explained everything brilliantly. I've not had the best experience with opticians but this was place has restored my faith in them. Looking forward to picking my new glasses up

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a lovely experience at Boots today that I felt I should share. A staff member called Laraib helped me choose my glasses and she was so kind and patient with me. I’d been putting this off for ages as I can be quite indecisive and picky, but she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. She really took her time, listened to what I wanted, and made sure I felt completely happy with my choice! She was genuinely lovely and a pleasure to talk to - excellent customer service all around. Thank you Laraib! :)
