I visited Beautology (Westbury) on Friday for a consultation and facial, and here’s how it went: when I arrived, I was greeted by the lovely Toon who was welcoming and polite. I was checked into my appointment, and I sat in the waiting area for the aesthetician to arrive. I was then greeted by the gorgeous Ellie who was going to do my consultation and facial. We went to a cosy room which was clean and relaxing. I then had a free 1:1 consultation where we discussed any concerns I had for my skin, allergies, my skin goals, etc. Ellie talked me through her recommendations and plans for my facial. I love how Ellie provided me with the skincare knowledge and reasoning behind why she had chosen specific products and practices which were suitable for my personal skin care journey. The facial as a whole was incredible! Ellie communicated her practice throughout and ensured that I was comfortable and well looked after. She addressed any comments I made immediately and adapted the consultation throughout. At the end of my facial, I was left feeling relaxed and my skin was glowing! Both Ellie and Toon took care of me until the moment I left, and I was even gifted a goodie bag of products to use at home. Overall, the whole experience was amazing. I would highly recommend checking out Beautology for support with your skincare journey! Thank you so much for having me. I will be back!
I highly recommend Ellie for aesthetics at Beautology. The reception team are always friendly and welcoming, the clinic is spotless, and the atmosphere is professional and relaxed.
Ellie is kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to my skincare concerns. She takes the time to listen, offers thoughtful advice on treatments and aftercare, and makes me feel completely at ease. I’ve been so impressed with the results of my treatments and the improvement in my skin since seeing her.

I had the dreamiest facial at Beautology over the weekend with Andreea.
At the start of the consultation we talked through my goals and current skincare routine, before Andreea got started on the treatments tailored to my skin. I was treated to a range of peels, masks and technologies, even finishing with a massage too before I floated home on a cloud with my fresh, glowinggggg skin!
I will absolutely be back, and cannot recommend Andreea and the team at Beautology enough, a magical experience from start to finish!
Ive been going here for a while and I can’t thank Vaiva enough from the results Ive had. I’ve been having laser on my face and the impact and changes that I have noticed are amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I feel so much confidence in myself.
The staff here are lovely, very friendly and kind. I’ve had such a positive experience here and I’ve had no issues whatsoever. I’d be happy to keep going back for top ups. I definitely recommend. :)
Fabulous treatment with Ellie today. She talked me through the treatment at every step and told me what the product ingredients were, how they would improve my skin texture and aftercare. She was very knowledgeable. Toon on reception was lovely and the salon atmosphere calm and clean. Would highly recommend Beautology

Vaiva is very attentive and efficient. I have been enjoying the laser sessions with her as she properly follows up and make sure I’m happy with everything. Since I started my sessions with Vaiva, I have seen good improvements and it seems like she adapts to each zone and gives great advice.
Have had three electrolysis session with Holly at Beautology (Westbury Park) and have been very impressed with the service so far. Holly is professional, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments.
Toon on reception is always friendly and helpful. It's really appreciated that she will call if an earlier appointment becomes available.
Overall, a very professional and welcoming clinic. I'd happily recommend Beautology and Holly to anyone considering electrolysis.
