Everyone was just lovely and there to help in anyway they could and made me feel like the most important person in the hospital. I was a bit nervous the same as everyone else before an operation (full knee replacement) But all the staff put me at ease and answered any questions i had. The room was spotless and the food was of a standard you would find in a good quality restaurant.

I had my knee replacement surgery at Bath clinic on February 18th, a big thank you to Dr Richard Kapur. Also to the nurses Charlotte, Leticia, Asian, Alex and Angela in recovery they all did an exceptional job looking after me. To the anaesthetist who kept me happy and calm throughout. Thank you to the pre assessment team, the experience was very professional and all the staff and nurses were very supportive and caring from beginning to end. I felt very well looked after throughout.

My recent stay at Bath Clinic was excellent. The staff are kind, caring and helpful. The factilties are stopless and neat. The two nurses who looked after me during my stay, Tyler and Kathryn, were attentive and kind and I could not fault them. My surgeon, Mr Dhawan, did a great job and I'm on the road to recovery after his skillful work and with the help of Matt and Gloria in the physio team. Thanks all.

I was really looked after well by all staff involved with the procedure I had done. Many thanks, Tyler(ward nurse), surgeons, anesthetist, and other nurses keeping me relaxed throughout the experience. Very clean and presented clinic/hospital, makes all the difference when top quality care is given. This had given me all the reassurance I needed, and being autistic and a big overthinker, I take a lot of reassuring. Thanks once again 💙

I have had 2 knee replacements. Left in January and right in May 2026. Mr Dhawan was my consultant. All I have to say is WOW. From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic. Mr Dhawan was so caring, informative and reassuring. His secretary, Lucie, went above and beyond to help, ring and answer emails swiftly. All the staff at Bath Clinic that I have had dealings with and who cared for me, from nurses, pre-op, aftercare, radiographers and catering staff are fantastic. I would not hesitate in having a further procedures done here and highly recommend here to anyone. I would rate higher than 5 if it was possible and thank everyone.

The care and attention I had from all the staff at Bath Clinic was second to none. The professionalism of the whole team was outstanding, from beginning to end. The caring and attentive staff really made me feel at ease and made the whole procedure so much easier for me. I had a total knee replacement at the Bath clinic on 13th December and I honestly cannot praise the clinic highly enough. From admission through to discharge, the care I received was exceptional. The clinic was calm, well organised, and every member of staff was kind, professional, and genuinely reassuring, which made such a difference during a stressful time. My surgeon, Mr Pope, was outstanding. He was warm, calm, and extremely professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making me feel completely confident and at ease. I felt I was in very safe hands throughout and am incredibly grateful for his care and expertise. The anaesthetist and the two ladies who worked alongside him were also amazing — so kind, reassuring, and attentive, helping me feel calm and well supported at a moment when that really mattered. The catering was very good too — meals were tasty, well presented, and arrived promptly, with friendly and accommodating staff, especially post-surgery. Overall, my experience was extremely positive. I felt listened to, supported, and genuinely cared for at every stage. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Bath clinic and thank the entire team for their outstanding care.

I cannot fault a single minute of my stay at Bath Clinic 02/05/26 - 03/05/26. The devoted care, professionalism, information provided throughout the procedure and aftercare was exceptional. The quality of food was excellent and nothing was too much trouble from the pantry. The nursing staff were so kind and helpful throughout the day and night was superb. My huge thanks to Mr Dan Williams for his expertise, and Tom, the anaesthetist, for explaining everything. I was so fearful before going in, but l was put at ease from the moment l got there. I am continuing to improve every day and l am really surprised at how well l am doing. I have followed Sandy, the physiotherapist's instructions to the letter and it is definitely paying off. I can't thank you all enough. I already know l am on the road to making a full recovery.
