I had a mirena fitted here by Dr Drew, who I cannot recommend enough. Him and the nurse thoroughly explained the procedure and made me feel at ease. They went out of their way to check whether any of the numbing products contained my allergen and checked on me the day after. This was, by far, the most professional and accommodating coil fitting I’ve had.

This has become a bit of a outting for me I say with a camp wink ! The staff are incredibly welcoming friendly helpful and treat you with respect and absolute dignity throughout your appointment's I have a lovely rapor with the wonderful!!! And very keeping it real (JADE) you put me at ease right from day one of meeting you your full of compliments full of energy and great whit and a sense of humour I walk away laughing for hours your Brilliant!!!!!! Went here after I was turned away from the Jefferiss clinic. Had a consultation with a nurse and was out in 30 minutes, was able to schedule an appointment for treatment that same afternoon. Nurse Bell (?) and Emma-Louise were so friendly, empathetic and fun - I truly cannot recommend them and this clinic enough.

Had a great experience today for insertion of my IUD. A professional clinic and very user friendly. The medical team looking after me showed professionalism and empathy as I was anxious. They talked me through the procedure and made me feel at ease. I took some pain relief prior to the appointment, but the procedure itself was quick and minimally painful. A huge thanks to clinicians Alice and Natalie for taking great care of me!

Natalie was great, patient, detailed, made me feel all comfortable and willing to discuss my health and conditions- we covered more than i came in for originally but I felt at easy and in very professional hands all way long Would definitely recommend - the receptionist team was also very Lovely and caring

Absolutely amazing service. All possible test had been done. In the.clinic you can actually see the doctors ( and not 'medical advisors like at my GP) which is so very much appreciated. Thank you for being there. -:)

Dr Lucy and Nurse Sisi were nothing short of amazing; they made me feel at ease as I was a nervous wreck. She explained insightfully what all was happening and the meds, treatments I was having. Nurse Sisi remained diligently reassuring and encouraging ! Thank u both wholeheartedly 🙌🩵

Had a new mirena IUD fitted here today and the team did an amazing job of explaining everything, allowing me to take my time and was the least painful insertion I've had so far (this is my 3rd coil). Would highly recommend
