Worst Clinical Experience ever faced in UAE specially the orthopedic department .. Reached Clinic at 6:00 informed fron reception by 6:20 Dr will come and waited for an hour.. the Dr who is very on time cane at 7:30.. after 15 minutes of warming up in his room .. not even concwened about the patients waiting for an hour.. heard a sound from inside that he cannot see the patients without AC ... Really i couldnt understand the logic of waiting the patients and Dr argueng to the staff that he cannot see the patients... Such a climatic Dr can take rest at home in AC kindly dont spoil the name of the clinic.. as there will be someones hardwork to build up a good will.. Thanks.. Kindly arrange a 3 Ton AC at the most earliest for him...

I came to this clinic to check as im not feeling well and i have headache since 2 days now, but the GP Sharon/Sharmaine refused to accomodate us she said i look fine. She doesnt know what exactly we feel as patience to say such thing. I was waiting for almost an hour but end up disappointed bcoz of her behaviour. I went to some clinic before and it was my first i encounter like this. Hope the management will check how this kind of GP is really not accomodating. As well as area is very hot and no AC at all.

Sister Aditi at Right Medical Center is truly amazing. Even on a weekend with less staff, she was running around with full energy, taking great care of patients who needed CPR, CBC or any quick support. She stayed calm, positive and worked with a big smile the whole time. Really appreciate her dedication. Also a special thanks to Dr. Sharmim and her team for handling everything so well. If you live in the premises, I definitely recommend Right Medical Center.

Excellent Experience with Dr. Gupta and Vimal Kumar physiotherapist and Team! I highly recommend this clinic! The service was excellent throughout my visit. Dr. Gupta is truly the best! They are incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Furthermore, the staff is so good—they were helpful, friendly, and efficient. A great experience overall!

I am very thankful to Dr. Gupta for the exceptional care he provided. I have been an asthma patient since childhood, and I first consulted Dr. Gupta in a severe condition back in 1994. He treated me for two months, and since then I have recovered so well that I have not needed to use an inhaler again. I also had another issue with severe headaches. Dr. Gupta carefully monitored me for three days, diagnosed it as migraine, identified the trigger, and provided the right treatment. Since then, I no longer suffer from headaches. I am truly grateful for his expertise, dedication, and compassionate care. Highly recommended.
